Had the fettuccine Alfredo was decent definitely not homemade but decent also had the pizza breadsticks the breadsticks were good but the pepperonis just fell off they were like an afterthought but love the place anyway servers are always super helpful I will definitely be back

Food was served hot but tasted undone. Service was bad by 1 person but good with another. Had to ask 3 times for the breadsticks that came with the meal. But when we asked for take-home containers from another server, it was complied with promptly and with a smile. Atmosphere non existence

Was mine and my family’s 1st time coming here. We were overwhelmed with how wide the selection on their menu was that we kept having to make changes to our order but the cashier (male African American) handled it so well , he was very polite and welcoming that it made our 1st experience great. All I gotta say is this my first time being here, Ruth has an outstanding great customer service very welcoming. The gluten friendly chicken pesto rotini was definitely a winner by the time I had ordered and got back to my table from washing my hands my food was already there. I used to go to Fazoli’s a lot as a kid, but they all shut down in my state. Finally got to have it here while on vacation in California. The bread sticks were just like I remembered, and the pizza was great too. It was some of the best service I’ve gotten at a fast food place, especially from Ruth, who was friendly and attentive.

Pretty good food especially for the price. They have a ton of $7 lunch specials that come with 2 entrees and a soda. You also get a plate of breadsticks which were soft and delicious.

I ordered lasagna with marinara sauce, and ravioli with marinara sauce. My order came with 2 very salty bread sticks, I’m sure after this meal, I now have high cholesterol. Lol The resteraunt was actually clean compared 2 other locations that I’ve visited.
