Do not dine at this location! The manager was very rude. The food looked and was nasty! The chicken sandwich looked like a extremely small McDonald’s chicken sandwich and the shrimp was very small for $1 a shrimp. The fries looked like some McDonald’s fries as well! I paid $20 for some mess I could’ve got at McDonald’s… stay away

Perfect little spot for a really good chicken sandwich. Very fair prices and more fries than anyone needs. Had to try the sweet potato pie as well and so glad I did. Fluffy crust and such a tasty pie. The sweet tea was the best finisher

Food was so gross . Fries were bland and soggy, chicken was super thin , the bottom bun was stale and hard. And even though I requested to add pickles three times on my order I didn’t receive any. Mac n cheese tasted like it was made in a school cafeteria. Not worth the money, chic fil a is better.

Waited over 30 mins for my order only to receive bad customer service. Then they gave my order to another customer and gave no resolution. I requested my money back, and the employees acted as if they didn’t care, when it was their mistake screwing up and giving my food away. I wouldn’t waste my time here ever again.

I have so many issues with the one in Suffolk. 1st, they don’t prepare your food until you arrive (even when it’s paid for). They don’t allow you to alter your meal as far as what kind of chicken you want. The attitude of one of the workers is NASTY. She comes off as if you did something to her and she don’t know how to speak to customers. They have made me wait over an hour and an half NUMEROUS TIMES through the app for delivery just to cancel my order and never refund it without me having to go up there in person to prove I didn’t receive my order after waiting so long for it to be cancelled. And get this….. THEY DONT COMPENSATE FOR ANY OF THE TROUBLE YOU GO THROUGH. EVER!!!!!!!!!

It’s a very small very old building with just a few employees. Sometimes the wait can be quite long!! I went to pick up a doordash order the other day and they told me it was going to be an hour wait on the chicken. Other than that the food is good. I highly recommend the liver and gizzards combo! It is always busy so folks seem to really like it despite the wait times

If you want some fresh, hot, good and tasty food, then stop on by. I don’t mind waiting for quality and this place can get crowded fast, so be prepared to sit a spell. Some menu prices can seem a little bit much, but these days, what’s not overpriced.
