Found threads of a either a uniform or a rag in my burrito, which was sloppily put together and spilling out of the tortilla when they gave me it and then a crumpled up paper towel in the bottom of my Carne asada fries. When I initially called to complain the cashier seemed apologetic. When I came back to return the burrito- they snatched the container out of my hand pretty quick. Handing me another order- barely making time to apologize to me in person about the incident before the window slammed shut.

Went to lunch here with some coworkers.. service was pretty quick, portions were a nice size, but the food was nothing special, to be brutally honest, i had the taco plate and it was kind of bland. Heck Taco bell has more flavor, and i don’t like them either.

Been coming here for years, food has always been really good. Came here a couple of weeks and all was perfect, very flavorful meat. Came here tonight and I am SO disappointed. Ordered Steak Rancheros and EVERYTHING is bland. Meat, eggs, rice, beans… everything. Even the guacamole and salsa is completely different. No taste in guacamole and salsa is VERY tart with no flavor. A couple eggs were hard and overdone and 1 was runny and normal. Corn tortillas were the same. The carne asada burrito was okay but also flavorless meat. Not sure if there was a change in cooks or what but Im so disappointed.

I usually come here late night for the burritos, which are great! Today, I was craving some Sopes.. I had no clue Federico’s was making the best in town!!! I hate it when the shell is chewy and tough (which is typical of most Mexican Joints). However, these were crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside! They gave in as soon as I bit down. Soo good! They have the 3 sopes with medium drink special! I’m stuffed. The Carne asada were my favorite! Come check them out!

I tired to pay it forward and the worker denied the request to pay for the car behind me and insisted me to not pay for the car behind me and to just leave a tip for him. I was already planning on tipping him but he choose to be selfish.
