Fehrenbacher’s is always a safe bet at lunchtime. Their non-sausage offerings are just as amazing. I had the smoked mackerel. It came with homemade potato salad, capers and pickles. The ingredients were very fresh and super flavorful. I finished every last bite. On top of great food, the staff is super knowledgeable and kind. Can’t wait to get back there!

Walked into the shop for the first time and was warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The menu is on the wall, and next to it is a chalkboard with their rotation of refrigerated and frozen offerings. My eyes kept scanning the room and was greeted with the beautiful sight of their deli case filled with savory offerings as well as a nice selection of house made sausages. I then heard the words that made my gears start turning, ” What’ll it be today?” I browsed the menu and had a Rollercoaster of emotions from pure unadulterated joy to absolute fear of missing out from the variety of delicious sounding sandwiches. My heart was torn between their house smoked pork belly sandwich and their cuban sandwich struggling to make a decision on such a difficult choice I asked if I am able to substitute the pulled pork for the pork belly and was told they could make my desires come to fruition. With joy I tapped my card and waited patiently as my masterpiece was hand-crafted part-way through the process the artisan crafting my Mangum opus spoke into the universe words of joy and pleasure I thought was reserved for gods “would you like to add pork jowl bacon onto your sandwich” with glee I responded yes. Shortly after, my sandwich was complete, a creation so magnificent that even the artist himself remarked on its beauty. With precious cargo in tow, I made haste back to my dwelling upon entering my home. I could no longer sheath my primal hungers for the masterfully crafted sandwich I was bestowed. Like a savage beast I feasted, in the throws of ecstasy while experiencing this Devine creation. If you or a loved one have been pondering the idea of coming to and having a meal at Fehrenbacher’s Artisan Sausage, I would highly recommend it 10/10 experience in every way.

The food here is delicious and generous. I’ve had sandwiches both times (Stallone and Reuben) and both were outstanding. The smoked meat flavor is what makes everything so delicious, along with fresh toppings and accompaniments. There is a water pitcher and cups if you’d prefer water to buying a beverage, and seating is outside, around back as part of the food market area. I’ve ordered from many of the establishments at the food market, and Fehrenbacher’s is the place I always return to. Highly recommend.

Great place to pick up a fast lunch! Everything here is fresh and made to order. The staff is helpful and courteous. Not sure what to get just ask one of them and they will help you find a new favorite. The menu changes daily so there is always something new to try! The quality of their meets and sausages are hard to beat.

Great place to get hearty brunch food, especially if you love artisanal sausage. We got a sausage sandwich and their charcuterie board for takeout. Both delicious and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and efficient. They also have various aged steaks and meats that you can cook yourself at home. Interested to try at a later date.

Food did not live up to the hype. $10-$12 for just 1 lukewarm hotdog. Service wasn’t welcoming. It was all robotic behavior. Place an order, pay and leave. I’m use to local business owners being more happier to have people patronize their establishment. I much prefer a fresh, hot and steamy hotdog from Sam’s club with a large drink for $1.50 anytime.
