Felice Family Pizzeria is a locally-owned and operated pizzeria in the heart of historic downtown Nashville. We specialize in traditional Italian-style pizza, made with only the freshest ingredients. Our dough is hand-made each morning, and we use only 100% whole-milk mozzarella cheese. We also offer a wide variety of pasta, salads, and sandwiches.

I’m on a girls vacation with my best friends and we came back to our air bnb after a night out and driving all day from Ohio. We hadn’t eaten and saw this place recommended and open 24 hours. I ordered $50 worth of food online that said it would be delivered within an hour (1:13a). It gave me two numbers to contact about the order if I needed to. Around 1:25a I called and was forwarded to voicemail. I proceeded to text the number asking about the order and at 1:30a, my messages were READ but no one answered my phone calls. I probably called 10-15 times each number (delivery driver and actual establishment) and was sent to voicemail every time. This place is a SCAM. Do NOT order from them. And from what I can see, we haven’t been the only ones with this experience. Disputing a charge on my credit card is a great way to start vacation.

Ordered sausage mushroom deep dish. They delivered ham and mushroom NY style. Ordered bread sticks. Got warm Italian bun with cheese on one half. No red sauce for dipping. Ordered cake. They had no desserts. Delivery fee $6. I called to tell them about food issues they said I should have called not ordered on their website to get correct order and $2.99 delivery fee.hmmm? What. I say good luck. Fast delivery.

Ordered online for delivery while in Nashville with my wife one evening around midnight when they said they were open. Was charged for the order but never received the pizza and no one answered the phone and unfortunately we left town the next day. No communication from the company and no returned calls or emails. I ordered from their website on memorial nothing online or their website said they were closed for the day order went through just fine. After my order was never delivered I called and was then told they had been closed. I was also told my money would be replaced within 2 days, and I still have not received my money back. I have called and called and no one will answer the phone there. I have even emailed the establishment. At this point I am very frustrated and upset. Therefor this review. They also advertise as open 24 hours 7 days a week which is NOT true

Placed a delivery order with a drop off time of 5:10pm, called restaurant at 5:40pm to inquire about order – said they werent opening until 6pm but would get right on it. It is now 7:45pm and I have called multiple times with no answer. Definitely not a great first time customer impression and would recommend others be wary.
