Femi’s has always been a great pizza/steak shop, even back when they were on the other side of Clifton Ave in a little hole-in-the-wall with no seating and barely enough room for even a counter for the register. From the standard plain pizza to their white pizza to steak sandwiches and even buffalo wings. This time my lady and I had milkshakes, both of which were great and we enjoyed them at one of their outdoor picnic tables, instead of sitting at one of the half a dozen booths they have inside.

Femis used to be a great place. I see now why it’s going downhill. I placed an order for delivery and it was forgotten about. I made two calls over a half hour apart and both times I was told the driver was on his way. My food arrived cold. The staff tend to be extremely unprofessional and unorganized lately, especially the woman who answers the phone. When I asked her if they forgot about my order she said Yeah and honestly I don’t know what to tell you. The entire time we spoke I was respectful and professional but, she insisted on being rude and inconsiderate.

Best pizza around, I end up getting this for lunch at work, or bringing one home at least once a week. Fast/Friendly service, and great food. Can’t really ask for more. I think most of the negative reviews on here are talking about the other femis or are just people that can’t be pleased. Never had a bad meal, or bad experience.

Ordered from here for the first time today and the food is actually better than I expected. I got half Buffalo chicken and half BBQ chicken and some chicken nuggets. The nuggets were great I would definitely get them again and I highly recommend them. The buffalo chicken was pretty good would definitely consider reordering that and I didn’t try the BBQ chicken but my boyfriend said it was pretty good though.

This is a restaurant that I was excited to order from as I travel and have had there food before and it was good. However, this time I ordered hot wings and there was NO sauce on them . Maybe a teaspoon on the bottom of the tin foil liner. When I called the only offer that I received was to bring a side of sauce to put on top of the wings. The manager insisted that he made the wings and there was plenty of sauce on them. When there is NONE. He said it’s not his problem and there is nothing he can do. He refused to refund me my money, or even fire some new wings. The. He went as far as to say WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO, report me! I’m the owner. Just as arrogant and prideful as he could boast in his heart. But The Almighty sees all and just know this isn’t the Only report being made.
