This place is amazing . Cocktails and food were delicious. If you like cheese – try cheese curds, they are unbelievably good here. I ordered 80s burger with artichoke patty and the blue cheese along with the patty and sauce was a perfect match. Now it’s a go to place for me when I’m in the area ! Must add that the patio is just magical. I’m definitely coming back during evening to see all the lights .

Spectacular in every respect. For my vegan friends…and non-vegans!…this is a must-stop. Country Fried (Beyond) Burger, with grilled onions and gravy + tots. Amazing. And then a flute of soft serve vanilla ice cream. So. Good. I want to eat the entire menu.

The vegan diner vibes are incredible!!! We came for the vegan cheese curds and were not disappointed. Also tried the Texas toast and the smothered burrito (not pictured) and were pleased with everything we ate.

We had such an incredible meal at Ferns! Food is top notch (even the Texas carnivores enjoyed it thoroughly!), staff was so friendly and patient with our large group and the beer/drink options are fantastic!

Amazing enough to be able to find a vegan eatery in a small town, but even more amazing is the quality of the food. I do wish they had breakfast time hours (I think they typically open around 10 AM or 11 AM). They have a broad breakfast menu, so it’s kind of weird that they aren’t open at breakfast time. But the service was great, the atmosphere was a kick — very much the vibe of a 1950s or 1960s diner. I recommend that even if you aren’t vegan, as a lot of their foods are terrific substitutes for stuff you are already familiar with, just healthier.

It is so great to have a vegan spot with such great breakfast/brunch items. Everything has been fantastic from my multiple visits: great service, delicious food and the place itself is super cute with wonderful views and great decor. Don’t skip the cheese curds which are one of the most tasty vegan dairy snacks I’ve ever had anywhere! Bonus points for the large outdoor dog friendly patio area that is fantastic in the summer and warmer weather. The owners are really great people as well. I can’t wait to try even more of the menu!

Wonderful outdoor area for dog owners to enjoy a meal with their favorite companion. Awesome spot for birding prior to your meal arriving in a very timely fashion. We had the Korean bbq burger, sun burger and cauliflower spinach dip. All items were fantastic. Love the tots!

Hands down the best vegan food around, even my meat eating friends thought it was fantastic. Lovely atmosphere, great staff, and awesome cocktails. The one con is that the place is pretty small, but they do have a large outdoor seating area if it’s nice out.
