PIZZA!? Yes please! It hit the spot. The atmosphere was pretty cool. Staff was friendly. Perfect place to grab a quick bite and then the movies. Only thing is that the table we sat at was awkwardly small for our pizzas.

We really enjoyed our dining experience. Two of us shared a cobb salad and a pizza. There was plenty of food. The atmosphere was casual and the diners were spread out, so it was kid-friendly without impacting other groups. Great service, recommended.

We waited an absurd amount of time for everything that we ordered. The waitress was nice, but it seemed like she was the only one working. We also almost got charged for food that was never brought to our table. The experience most definitely took 5 years off of my lifespan.

In town for business with a Co- worker. Seated at the bar where there was no dedicated bartender. My co-worker arrived before I did… he got his water while I was sitting there… the server never asked If she could help me or what I wanted to drink SITTING AT THE BAR…I had to ask to be served AT THE BAR. Service PAINFULLY SLOW… food was Okay, nothing like the reviews.

Ferrari Pizza Bar is a restaurant that unfortunately fell short in terms of customer service. During my visit, I was disappointed to find that the servers were more focused on receiving tips than providing a quality dining experience. They were noticeably uninterested in serving those who did not tip, making them wait for longer periods of time than those who did tip.

So we ordered food to pick up/takeaway and was told it would be ready for 6:45pm and had to wait 45 minutes extra for the food. Abbie or Abby was apologizing to my wife who went to pick up the food every 5 minutes. Ian the manager wasn’t even there. Not (Abby) the girl up fronts fault but won’t be ordering there again. Food was cold when she got home and we live 5 minutes from the restaurant.

The place was dirty. The booth had food crumbs that we had to wipe off. There was food on the floor at our booth and the surrounding tables. The plates they gave us were dirty. And the menus had sticky wet stuff on them. We decided to leave. Hopefully the other location won’t be like this.
