I don’t do to many reviews but this is one worth mentioning. First time for Fetch, spoke with an associate named Jordan, and I must commend her on first and foremost Professionalism! Customer service!, and patience with me. Made a order and she responded to all my concerns!!!! Absolutely commendable! I’ve ordered from multiple different restaurants around town through Fetcht, and I must say – their delivery drivers are definitely the friendliest I’ve ever gotten to meet! The service is faster and more fairly priced than the other third-party delivery services that exist, also. The only complaint I have is for the time they forgot to pick up the extra 25 cent dipping sauce that I ordered with my meal, which I probably didn’t need anyways

Excellent customer service, prompt and friendly. After a long and hungry day, I wanted the easiest and fastest option and didn’t mind paying service fees, especially to people willing to provide food services during the pandemic. My account was credited after I mis-typed the promo code and they instantly swung by to deliver an extra side of chips the restaurant forgot. Texting was super fast and that ease is what you hope to pay for with a service fee. Will definitely order again

I will never use fetcht again. Horrible service and no one in seems to be in charge. Nothing is fast, and no one seems like they care. Asked for a discount on my food and was offered a credit. Then, when I asked for something better, they gave me a small amount and hung up the phone. So, I am not really sure if I will ever get it. Just use door dash from now on.

I have placed a good number of orders from fetcht and tip drivers roughly 15%. I live within a short distance from the places I order from. It is unreasonable to charge ~20$ in delivery fees for like a 15$ food order and then expect their drivers to be completely funded from tips alone. Also, their online menus are outdated and I have had items cancelled more than once because theyre simply not available anymore, not just unavailable (obsolete from menu) but only after the driver gets there, so when you order something and it gets cancelled, those items are subtracted, but the % of fees of the total old order are not, so I will end up paying more than I intended for a fraction of the order. So I will not be continuing this service.

Fetcht is an excellent delivery service! The timing on deliveries can’t be beat and the drivers are always so nice. You can easily track your order with their updates. The owners are very personable and only a call away if there are any issues. Wish I could give a million stars! Try it out for yourself!
