We did order ribeye, Wagyu beef, house bread, dauphinoise potato and hamachi crudo, and every dollar spent was worth it. This isn’t the place you want to keep your eyes on prices, because if you think it is definitely worthwhile to experience high quality of food and service, this is the place. Chef Aloise did great on food, Deana was excellent server and knowledgeable about what she does and lastly, Maitre D Alina was very welcoming. Amazing restaurant it is and it’s on Michelin guide.

I wanted somewhere especially good this year to celebrate my birthday so I chose Fia Steak because I am already a huge fan and I’ve had many great meals at Fia next-door. I have seen many different reviewer‘s praise Fia Steak so I have been wanting to try it for quite some time. It’s very small on the inside, but in a classy, quaint way. When you enter, there is a large bar and cocktail area and then a larger dining room in the back, which is where we sat. They offer valet parking, but honestly parking in this area is really easy. We found a meter parking spot on the same block for a 7:30PM dinner. Our server Deana was very polite and did a great job, as well as the rest of the staff we encountered.

I absolutely loved my dining experience with my two friends. We started off with the Tableside Baby Gem Cesar Salad – grilled which was filling in itself. I would’ve been fine with that and a steak tbh. We had the complimentary mushroom soup with was soo savory and delicious – no wonder why the portion was so small. Haha. The freshly baked olive focaccia and breadsticks were good with the butter and the wagyu drippings. I’ve never had beef drippings with bread but it was soo darn good! Interesting and delicious spin to my fav- bread and butter. Next we had our mains. I got the Prime Petite Filet and we shared the truffle mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach. The steak was okay but the sides were well seasoned and really good! The star of the dinner was the chocolate soufflé which was worth the 30 minute wait! Please order this when you order your food and you will not be disappointed. I would go back just for the salad and the soufflé!

Very expensive for a restaurant in this area of town, but the service super friendly (woman at the front desk as well as my waiter). The steak was excellent, better than places like CUT or BOA. Also great steak specials. For the price of a side dish, you can almost get a main dish/steak in Germany but they were also very good. 5 stars

Fia delivered one of the greatest dining experiences of my life. My wife claimed “this is the best meal I’ve ever had!” It is fine dining in a super approachable and unpretentious atmosphere. Every dish was impeccable, each with its own unique twist that consistently surprised and delighted us. The staff was amazing and because Fia only has two seatings a night, you really get to kick back, relax, and enjoy the evening.
