So we have come here many times. The food is usually very good, but this last visit was a little disappointing. There wasn’t that many people inside but the main waiter had a grimace on his face and was not very polite hinging on being rude. So we started with the beet salad which was very good. I loved the caramelized walnuts. We got 3 pizzas, all of them were good, but not very crisp. The crust was cooked well but the pizza itself was almost moist. Sorry to say with so many wood fired places in the area they really need to do a better job.

Tried this place on July 27th and I loved the combination of Burrata Roberto and Buffalo Chicken pizza. It was really great and I went back over the weekend. The only downside was that the AC wasn’t working and the server didn’t mention anything until the pizza came which was a bummer but the food kind of covered for everything

We are big Fiamma fans and would probably order take out more if we knew it would be a faster transaction. Maybe we caught them on off nights, but the last 3 times we’ve ordered take out has landed us waiting an extra 20-25 minutes after the promised ready time. If you’re planning on feeding your kiddos, build in that extra time or else you’ll have some grumpy, hungry little ones.

I had takeout Margherita pie and by mistake they gave me cheese ravioli in marinara sauce, instead if chicken finger and fries from kid’s menu. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. But the marinara sauce was loaded with garlic. Really too much, which is a shame as the ravioli were good and al dente. The Margerita pie is very good, well cooked, good dough and good ingredients.

One of the best italian restaurants around, the food is great – Calamari Fiamma is must have and pizza is delicious! It gets crowded on weekends and service may take longer so BYOB and chill out.
