We have recently been disappointed in some of the other restaurant options for breakfast lately. Saw a post for this place on Facebook and decided to give it a try. The food here is absolutely delicious! We especially loved the potatoes and fresh strawberry jam. The service was great and this will definitely be our go to breakfast spot!

My first visit to this restaurant. The food was fair. But, be aware, the lunch special AUTOMATICALLY comes with two sides, corn and cream potatoes. Server never told me. I knew the Wednesday lunch special was chicken fried chicken. Again, my first visit. I ordered the special and asked the server twice if I got two sides. She never answered. She just looked at me. So, I asked where the sides were on the menu. She showed me. I ordered a salad and beans. I ordered Caesar dressing and got ranch. When she delivered the food, I saw the cream potatoes and corn. I thought the two must have been a part of their special. Again, I had no idea. My bad for not stopping it right there. For this plate lunch, my check was $29. YES! $15 for lunch special, $2.50 tea, and $9 extra for the salad and beans. I asked the server about the $9. She said, You ordered a salad and beans. I said, I asked you twice if I got two sides. You never told me the special automatically comes with two sides. Again, she just stood there and said nothing. It is not rocket science if a customer asks if they get two sides, the server should reply, The special automatically comes with corn and cream potatoes.

My husband and I went there for the first time today and we were both impressed with the food and service. I had the Chicken and dumplings and it was so delicious. He had the chicken fried steak and he loved it as well. We then split a huge piece of chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and it was divine. We will come back for sure.
