We ate dinner on a busy Friday night at Fiddlers on our vacation to St. Simons Island. This restaurant is known for fresh seafood and craft cocktails. Parking is tough, so we were lucky that our hotel was in walking distance. Since I enjoy a good cocktail, I had a Cucumber Gimlet, which was very tasty. Our nice server, Carson, suggested the blackened shrimp bowl. It comes with coconut rice, slaw, topped with fiddlers sauce, and a soy reduction. I added some wasabi, which gave it a little heat. Fiddlers is a fantastic restaurant, and I would recommend eating here when you are in St. Simons Island.

Everything was great. Our waitress Ariel was very friendly, smiles, and attentive. The food was good, I had fried shrimp and fries, my husband had fried flounder sweet potato fries, daughter had fried flounder with mac n cheese. It was all good and flavorful. We got fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. The health score is a 94. They do not do Veterans discount.

Seafood fans this is your location! Large menu to fit any food preference. Highly recommend the bowls, I added ahi tuna and it was light and delicious with some of the best potent Wasabi I have ever had. Also the seafood bisque…… To die for. Great location for large groups with seating but would show up to get a table right at five if you don’t want to wait.

I heard about this restaurant from an old local. I’m sure glad I stopped by to try their food. This is one of the best seafood restaurants in Glynn Co. I ordered their Fried Green Tomotoes and Blackened Redfish Etouffee. The dishes were very flavorful, great atmosphere, and their customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

The menu could use some plant-based options. The Veggie Fiddlers bowl can be made vegan by leaving off the sauce, and it was kinda tasty. I probably wouldn’t order it again though. Came with huge slices of veggies, instead of diced. I think the bowl could also be improved if the ingredients were layered instead of segmented on the plate.

I celebrated my birthday at Fiddlers, and the food was amazing. Emily greeted me at the door, she was very friendly and polite. Brandy was our server and she was great. The food was good and the key lime pie was good. It was much sweeter than what I have tasted, and my liking but everyone enjoyed it.

A really relaxing, delicious spot with food that is completely worth the price. So many places these days are overcharging and underdelivering, but the scallop plate with coconut rice was to die for. I can’t wait to visit again!

Great restaurant! Wonderful selection of cocktails, good appetizers and food. Kids meals are great too. Very open air feel a with a wonderful view of the marshlands. Fun outdoor fire pit with artificial grass area to hang or let the kids run around.
