Thoroughly enjoyable food and atmosphere. This is a laid-back restaurant that offers what seems like entirely house-made dishes. The only thing that seemed like it might have been made elsewhere was the corn tortillas, but they were still good.

A great little spot in downtown Palisade, CO! Service and staff was very friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to recommend Colterris winery just a 10+ minute drive away! We enjoyed their tacos, bellyful* entrees and drinks! Our favorites by far were the Oaxacan tacos. A great place to hit up when you’re in the area!

A total gem for Palisade. This was our first visit to Fidels, and surely not our last. We ordered jalapeño/cucumber margaritas, poblano fries, guacamole, elote, chile relleno, and fish tacos. All of the items ordered were delicious and well executed. My personal favorite was the Chile Relleno.

This was BY FAR the best Latin food I have ever had. Mouthwatering and flavorful. We ordered the Deconstructed Elote, Huevos Ranchero, Oaxacan Old Fashioned, House Margarita, and the Elk Chorizo Tacos. (We added some leftover elote on the tacos!) Kaila was absolutely wonderful and we 1000% will be back. Don’t question a visit to Fidel’s!

Amazing service. We were pounding back water and they were so attentive on replacing the bottles. Like the average time for replacement was 10 seconds. It was incredible. The food was good too. The fish tacos were fire. I loved the red salsa and wasn’t a huge fan of the green but that’s probably just my flavor preference because truly everything else was amazing.
