It seems like there is a new breakfast menu (or maybe I just haven’t tried some of these items). But it is GOOD! We tried the steak & onion omelet and the bagel with salmon lox. Only wish we would have gone for the donuts, too.

We had a great experience at Fieldings! Our SkyShed reservation had to be cancelled and the team did a great job of squeezing us in a Fieldings for dinner. The staff was so friendly, personable, and accommodating. The vibes of the place were top-tier. We went for dinner. The chicken + potatoes were great as well as the cheesecake. The other meals fell a little flat feeling like the elk was over-cooked and pasta dish was just okay. Otherwise the experience was great. I can’t emphasize enough how attentive the staff was!

Just went to brunch with girlfriends at Fielding’s. We LOVED the breakfast fried rice with pork belly and the peaches and cream French toast. Order at least a few of the amazing apple donuts for the table!

Every meal was outstanding! From breakfast to dinner, Fielding’s didn’t disappoint. For breakfast, my favorite was the avocado toast. Although all the menu items look amazing, for dinner, I recommend starting with the potato croquets. So good! The wedge salad & ribeye were also very good. And kudos to the hard working & friendly staff!

The new breakfast menu at Fieldings is absolutely amazing.. It just feels like summer. I can’t wait to work my way through their entire Menu and I’m a very picky eater, however, everything they put together on this new menu looks so wonderful..

We only had drinks here so I can’t speak to the food quality. The restaurant was nice/elegant and bartender service was on point. The beer selection was good but the red wine selections (by the glass) was below our expectations.

In my experience, several upscale dining experiences in Bozeman tend to miss the mark when it comes to delivery and flavor; Fieldings is not one of those places. They’re not over-advertising or trying too hard or trying to be “The Spot”. Honestly, it was relatively quiet in restaurant, which we really enjoyed. If you’re looking to enjoy a meal with quality ingredients AND such great flavor that it punches you in the mouth with the first bite of salad – eat here. To be told that the chef would be happy to accomodate my dietary restrictions (gluten) for anything on the menu is such a breath of fresh air. The service was charming and intelligent and the food was delicious. We had a bit of an issue with how loud one of the tables was but the service team anticipated the issue before we had to say anything so even if inconvenienced, I still felt cared for. Not to use a buzz word, but it genuinely felt like the definition of quiet luxury. Keep up the good work, Fieldings, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Favorite breakfast place in Bozeman!! Sydney is the best bartender. The food is fresh and high quality. Thick cut bacon, fresh avocado, and the burrito is massive!!!!!

This is the place to eat in Bozeman. Everything on the menu is great. I can say that from experience. I ate breakfast and dinner there 5 days in a row. The staff is amazing and everything was cooked to perfection. Save room for dessert and make sure to try a cocktail. They feature products from local producers so that’s an added plus.

Each time the server checked in “how were drinks, meal, dessert,” our same honest reactive answer was “It’s fantastic.” Its so refreshing to have a brand new restaurant like this open, and the chefs clearly put a lot of pre-development time, aiming for a spot-on elegant menu.
