Horrible service, terrible attitudes, wrong order served, then charged twice for it, the only response was oops, I’ll fix it. The Crawfish were hard to peel, overcooked and the flavor was nothing of what a Cajun Crawfish should be like. We had to ask more than twice for drinks. For crab breakers. Not at all offered a discount for the trouble. This was the first Mother’s day spent with my children at a restaurant in years, it’s taking everything in me not to let my kids see how upset I am about this whole experience. $125 and no one ate anything. I even covered the tab because I refuse to let them spend their money treating me when they know it was not a good time for any of us. If considering this chain restaurant please. Did you still plan on going I’d love to see your review afterwards. I understand it’s Mother’s Day but I was a server for over 12 years of my life and this was just poor sad horrible food and definitely not an establishment that will be open for long.

Came for the snowcrabs. Stayed for the snowcrabs. And came back again for the snowcrabs! It was so good! It was easy to crack open and barely took any effort for the meat to come out of the shell. Flavor was on point too and very reasonably priced. I also got the catfish platter, and everything was delicious. I love the crab salad that comes with it too! I never had anything like that so I was impressed. I will definitely keep coming back!!

Nice, trendy seafood restaurant. Had a rather large party and they accommodated easily, even allowed us to keep the birthday cake we brought with us, in their fridge. Our server was Alanna and she did great. Good food and good specials too.

Our waitress was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about what the fóod is like and things you could sub out and she even had an emergency situation and she was very calm and helpful . The food was really great and the portions were very large! I had the grilled flounder and shrimp combo with fried rice and I could not eat it all! So I brought it home with me. Definitely be going back to the fiery Crab! Thank you for a great family reunion. God bless yall

Service was exceptional. However, I ordered the grilled flounder and it had absolutely no flavor. I even asked for some seasoning to add on it to try to eat it. Nothing helped!! It came with fried rice. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten. It also came with broccoli that is the worst I’ve ever put in my mouth. Fried pickles were slimy and gooey. I almost got sick before I even got my bill or left the restaurant.

I heard mixed reviews so we wanted to try it out ourselves. Eh, it was just ok for me. Prices were higher than most for the area. I didn’t care for the seafood dip or the “crab salad”. The food choices were a little odd-crab rangoons, fried rice, etc for a seafood restaurant-but it gives it variety. The bucket kits they brought out were cute tho-it had moist towelettes, disposable gloves, and crab crackers 🙂 I learned Louisiana style is a dry rub and VERY spicy so, if you don’t like that go with the buttery sauces 😉 Hubby, who loves fried seafood and isn’t one to complain, wasn’t impressed with the fried food (catfish basket). He threw a good bit of it away. Overall: Probably won’t go back 🙁
