I had a great meal and great service at the Fiesta Cancun Grill. I was staying in the Baymont hotel which is less than 50 meters behind the restaurant. Although there was a good crowd, I was greeted and seated quickly. They have a great view out to the front of the hills and sky. I ate the Campechana Chimichanga and it was full of flavor. The chips and salsa were great too. They also gave a military discount. I highly recommend this place if you are in Cookeville.

Time for trivia bingo at the restaurant. The views here are amazing. The food is delicious and I would recommend the special margarita as it comes in a bucket. If you are lucky enough to come around sunset the view is to die for. Ample parking and also a hotel next door in case you splurge:) highly recommended and will be back again

Fiesta Cancun Grill had just reopened last week (May 2022). We had takeout ordered at the restaurant. They were quick on getting the order. The taste of everything was better than expected. The chips taste fresh not greasy and the salsa is fresh. The meal was season well with fresh ingredients (grade A quality food).

Food just wasn’t good! I was very disappointed. The black beans taste like they had just came out of the can and we’re dumped on the plate, I had to really look to find any Chicken in my Chicken Taco. The Gaucamole was just bland, like it didn’t have any salt or any kind of Seasoning in it. The only thing good was the Service, our Waitress Hailey was very attentive!

The food was really good. But the waiter only brought our drinks and food out. And then he never came back. What’s really bad he only had one other table in our area which he was too busy talking to them to worry about us. And we were there before them, and it took at least 10 minutes before we got waited on in the first place. But as soon as the other table showed up he was right there taking there order and they didn’t have to wait long. Then when we were done we kept waiting for someone to bring our bill to us and they never did. I told the manager all of this, and all I got was a sorry. When someone is paying $51.67 for supper, u would think they would give better service.
