Please don’t waste your valuable money at this restaurant. We, 4 of us, went at around 8pm yesterday, Saturday . Walked no one to greet then this lady sat us near the bar but we requested to be in restaurant area no no server there and in fact no customers. There were about 10-12 youths on bar making noise and unruly made us uncomfortable. Waiter took drinks orders but had no clue what they were selling! At this time we were planning to walk out because of unsafe atmosphere and waitress no familiar with menu. Anyway we ordered entrees. No cutlery on our table. No waitress’s available. Look around for her but no one to help us so I decided to help myself off the shelf! Food came all dishes were wrong! We had different waitress now. She had to go back and forth to get correct order. Food was bland, cold and unappetizing. Told waitress same but did not care. Not once anyone came to us ask about our food, service etc. we wanted water but no one to be seen to ask. This restaurant was like a club at bar. We know why there was no eating customers because of lack of service and poor food quality. The ticket was totally wrong and had to argue with register lady who was manager/ owner who didn’t care at all. Added food we didn’t order. So check your bill before paying.

I gave atmosphere a 3, only because I went at an odd time and I was the only one in the place. That’s not there fault. The food was extremely exceptional, but my cheese dip had way to much black pepper in it. The black pepper was even covering the outside of the bowl. My waitress was excellent. Most of the time the service is above reproach, the food is normally excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed… this was not the story tonight. the server was packed in her ability to understand what sweet tea with lemon was. It took 4 times to get lemon. My grand daughter was in able to eat her nachos due to the amount of spices in the cheese. My husband had to fish for his taco salad… it was mostly water. The atmosphere was loud and made our ears hurt. Never again!!!! We will drive an extra 40 minutes to get a decent meal and service.

Terrible experience, We ordered two shrimp, chicken & steak fajita meals. When the waitress delivered them to the table they were completely burned, The meat was charred and like leather. I told he these were unacceptable and immediately she acted as if she didn’t understand english, At that point i asked for a manager. I had actually saw the manager twice talking with employees before the food arrived. She walked away about ten minutes and then returned and said he was in the bathroom, I told her i would wait. Then she tried to say he had left. She then laid the check for $30.00 on the table, I told her i was refusing to pay and was about to leave. The young lady delivering chips and salsa came by and i asked if she could locate the manager and she said, Yes. As she walked away the original waitress stopped her and looked as if she was fussing with her. I got up to walk toward the register and I asked another waiter if he could locate a manager for me and he was very rude and loud and said he was just a server and he wasn’t telling anyone anything. When i approached the register another young lady was checking people out, I told her i was not going to pay for the food and was going to leave. However if there was a manager there i would speak to them before i left. She stepped to the kitchen area and about 20 seconds later the manager came out and i asked him to come over to the table and see the food. I then asked him (Pointing out the waitress) if she told him i wanted to speak with him, He said, No! I ask if he was in the bathroom earlier he said, No. I explained i had been waiting for a manager for almost 30 minutes. He agreed to not charge me but by his actions i believe he hid in the back hoping i would pay or walk out so he could call the police then attempt to get the money. I’ve included pics below.

My friend is unable to write a review at the moment because she is SO sick. She got the most horrid food poisoning from this exact location just yesterday. My family and I have ate here before and we all got sick and have not been back since. Do not recommend eating at this location because I know someone else who had really bad customer service.

Worst location In The quad cities area. The food was decent but service was slow and lacking of any customer appreciation. Other locations are amazing but do not recommend this one. Avoid and save yourself a poor experience. If you try to communicate and type of dissatisfaction the staff begin to pretend like they don’t speak English. Do not recommend.

The Tuscumbia, Sheffield and 7 points locations are awesome. They have clean stores and fabulous employees. However, the Muscle Shoals location was filthy. Wouldn’t recommend them.
