I always get the flaming fiesta. Today I’m undecided. The flaming fiesta is enough for 2-4 people. Fantastic they poor tequila on the fajitas plate and let it go up in . Today I think I’ll do the enchilada plate. This my first time here at Gilbert. Been to chandler twice. And in the past I would go to the Page location. They are usually very welcoming and provide good service. if you want your plate a certain way they will provide u the service to accommodate. Gilbert is the new location. So come by.. overall ok, they Can do better. At this location. I always Like their flaming fiesta.

I love the decor in this spacious restaurant. We have been here twice, everyone we have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. The drinks are pricey but delicious. We enjoy ordering the Molcajete for two (Grilled skirt steak, grilled chicken, shrimps, pork chops, chorizo, mozzarella, grilled cactus, special red tomato sauce, served in a half volcano bowl. Rice beans, guacamole and sour cream on the side). So much food and so flavorful. The first time we had loads of cheese and cactus and the sauce was tasty. The second time we had a plethora of jalapenos, no cactus (green onions instead) and no cheese, which was beyond sad because the cheese in any dish is my favorite part.

Decor bright and cheerful. Food was excellent. Tostada, rice and beans was plentiful. Super burrito, rice and beans was huge. Was able to share the burrito as it was enough for 2 people. Server Jen very sweet and helpful. She has a great personality and made our experience enjoyable. Will without a doubt return. Great job everyone.

Server was great! Best michalada I’ve had in years. The food was no disappointment, from the tender flavorful chicken, amazing suiza sauce, to the crunchy taco that held firm all the way to the last bite. Almost a year here from California, and we finally found some authentic Mexican food! Thank you!!!

We tried this place Wednesday evening. It’s decorated very colorful and the place was clean. Their menu has lots of pictures of their food. It can be a problem because our food didn’t look like the photos. My enchiladas was very small and the eggs overcooked. My wife didn’t finish her meal and there was a fishy taste to it. The food was tasteless and needed some serious flavor. Our waitress was informative and attentive. Nandos is just down the road, you have to up your food or else.

When looking for smewhere to eat I wanted to find something Bright and Colorful. That is exactly what I found at Fiesta Mexicana. I loved the colors. My waitress Gaby was great. She has very good customer service. She is very peppy, happy, very friendly, and nice. She did a great job. I ordered the Spinach Enchiladas and the were very good and a Horchata to drink. I asked for another one which isn’t free refills so I paid a couple dollars extra for it I didn’t mind. I loved the atmosphere. It was a great/perfect amount of food for the money spent. I would eat here again.

Went in hoping for the best. Horrible service! Waitress didn’t greet us for about 12 minutes, got our drink order and I said no lemon in the water. Got a lemon. We rarely saw her, it wasn’t even busy. My taco and meat were burned! No sauce on the enchilada and the rice….Rice A Roni Spanish rice is more Mexican than there’s! My husbands burrito had no meat in it! We rarely saw the waitress so I couldn’t even send anything back. Manager came over and he took care of the bill. As we were leaving a woman waiting to be seated asked if it was good, I told her no it sucked! A couple of ladies were leaving right behind us and agreed. Her taco was burned also and because she ordered a hotter salsa she was charged $3. We will not be going back, neither will those women.

I love this place. It just opened at Stapley Dr. and Baseline. It’s bright and very warm and friendly. Esteban was our waiter and we were his first customers. He was very attentive. Our food was delicious. The Chile Colorado burrito was so tasty. It was very flavorful. They served us chips and salsa.
