I ended up at fiesta time in Migos for lunch. I’ve been here for dinner before and for lunch. Today was a really nice experience. The restaurant was pretty packed for the lunch hour. And they had an excellent lunch menu. There are multiple combinations and items available for lunch that you wouldn’t normally see. The prices range from about $8.50-$8.99 The server was kind. I ordered the huevos rancheros. And that came out in a very timely fashion. While I was waiting for that, I enjoyed some lovely chips and salsa and a variety of hot sauces that were available on the table. When the huevos rancheros came out, they also asked if I wanted flour tortillas or corn tortillas and I was brought out an extra plate of warm tortillas in aluminum foil so I could enjoy the huevos. I’ve actually never had huevos rancheros at a Mexican restaurant. It always ends up being at a brunch place where they’ve included it. In part of their menu. This was delicious it’s simple. It’s fried eggs, rice, beans and then you could combine it with the tortillas for your meal. I added some green habanero sauce to the huevos rancheros to help with the spice And I had a lovely experience. I would like to go back.

First time trying this place….wont be the last. Everything was excellent! Their hot salsa that you can request is VERY HOT so be prepared. I got the fajita bowl and it was boiling hot the whole time I was eating it. Great food and service as well! Will be back!

Be wary of the total amount being charged to your card after you leave the restaurant. I picked up a large cheese dip Saturday evening. Food was ready when I arrived and service seemed great. However, when the amount came out of my bank account there was an additional $5 charged. I left a good 20% tip, but whomever closed my tab apparently wanted more.

08/2022 – I gave 5 stars. Lived in the Louisville area for 4 years and just tried Fiesta Time for the first time. Friendly/courteous staff and a wide variety of food options to choose from. But hands down THE BEST BAJA FISH TACOS EVER!!! I will 100% be back for more!

Food is great; much better than a standard Mexican restaurant.

Great service, ambience, food and drink. Had the Baja fried fish tacos, three to an order. Fresh, fried perfectly, served hot and delicious, huge portion Also had the Bourbon Margarita , on the rocks with salt; totally amazing, the Bourbon taste prominent and on point, fresh tasting like a well blended drink, not from a mix. Parking is pretty good, outdoor patio, nice separate bar area from restaurant. Popular spot, gets busy. Will be back with friends.

I ordered Mexican quesadillas with rice. The food wasn’t all that great in my opinion. It wasn’t seasoned all that well and lacked the kick that Mexican food on the border states have. The chips weren’t salty and the salsa wasn’t spicy enough. Don’t come here if you know what good Mexican food is.

The fajita bowl was enough for two. It comes out booking hot, so you will need patience.
