Our family really enjoys Figaro’s pizza. Besides pizza, they have a variety of other items that have all been very good. As far as I can remember, we have always received fast and friendly customer service. The reason for 4 stars is because of cost. I wish their prices weren’t so expensive, or we would purchase pizza from them more often.

was here today to order pizza. This place makes great pizza! But today with a mask mandate and high covid cases, they were letting anyone witout a mask to enter ! 4 people in the 15 minutes I was there. To make it worse 2 workers were wearing a mask but not covering their nose ! Will not be back again Till this company wakes up and takes covid serious ! I went back today and employees were wearing masks properly this time and no people without masks ! you are right about not telling workers to confront them, it is dangerous. The pizza was great as usual !

After the last two times of receiving the wrong pizza I swore I wouldn’t ever order from Figaros again. Fast forward 8 months and I think okay let’s give them another try. Big Mistake, they delivered the wrong pizza AGAIN!!!!

Ordered 45 minutes ahead of when I wanted to pick up my 2 large pizzas, showed up after the 45 minutes passed and paid for my pizzas to find out they had passed my pizzas off to the wrong person and have to wait a further half hour. So now I have waited almost a hour and a half for just two pizzas. With now real make up for the fact they messed up that badly. Great. Thanks. Will likely not return.
