For the past few months the store has been under new management with new staffing and a rotating door of employees. On most days the store is very great with very good customer service. But it is very under staffed at times, making it hard for people to get their food out with their quoted time. The food is wonderful and made from scratch everyday, which i enjoy. The bread sticks are to die for and the customer service is great when they are not busy.

I’m super disappointed in the lack of customer service. We ordered almost $100 worth of pizza, specified the order. The 2 ladies at the register read our order back and confirmed it. We were told 20mins to bake them. After waiting 45min+ we checked the order and it was Very Incorrect! Due to being in a time crunch we asked if they could make just a small- to be baked at home- pizza to correct the 1/2 of XLG they got completely wrong. We explained that portion was for the kids. The guy helping us said he’d take care of us, and then explained we’d need to give him back the pizza. He was making no sense and not helpful, so we asked for the owners #. He then stated, I am the owner! Eek!!! I’m seriously floored at the lack of customer service, and the ridiculousness that followed after they literally took more than 2x the time and messed up our order! No apologies, no let me make it right… having been in the customer service industry and owner of a business, I’m embarrassed by how poorly this store is operated. There is too many pizza places out there, Mr. Owner. I hope that you can re-evaluate how you treat your customers in the future! This was awful…

This place epitomizes poor customer service! My wife ordered a pizza, and when she went to pick it up, they had made the wrong pizza. First the young girl claimed it was my wife’s fault, saying she had read it back, stating the incorrect pizza type (which may or may not have happened, who knows), and that my wife didn’t catch the mistake, and thus, it was her fault. At no point in this entire process was their any apology or ownership of the mistake.

I just ordered 2 simple pepperoni pizzas. It took them an hour to deliver about a mile and a half away. The person on the phone said it would take about 20-30 minutes. In the time it took I could have WALKED to Poppa Murphy’s, WALKED back home and baked it. I could have gone to Homeplace (mutch buissier place) and ordered a fancy pizza in half the time it took for Figaro’s to deliver my pizza’s. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pizza, jo jos and two cans of soda at 5:10 PM for delivery. The person on the phone said it would be 45-55 min, which I was fine with. At 6:25pm there was no pizza, so I decided to call. I was told they were “waiting on the jo jos” and then it was on its way. Delivery came at 6:40pm. 1 hour and 30min after I had ordered. We ordered 2 cans of root beer, they brought 1 root beer 1 cream soda. We ordered 1lb of jo jos, there was 15 jo jos in the box ( and no ranch). We ordered a large pizza, it wasn’t even cut all the way thru. I called and asked to speak with a manager, they said he was out on “delivery’s” and that he would call me back…. never got a call. Silverton is a small town with a lot of different pizza options. We will definitely be going with the other options next time and would recommend everyone else do the same!

Was told by the boss a 45 minute wait time it is now 1+ and my pizza still hasn’t arrived. Everyone is better off going to papa murphys. Cheaper pizzas better ingredients and efficient and friendly staff

The manager called me a terrible customer because HE FORGOT to ask me how I was paying, and when he called me back I didn’t answer because my phone had no service for a moment. They never delivered my pizza…I would give it no stars if that was an option. The worst service imaginable.
