It was a sleepy Thursday night along the railroad bike trail when our group of 13 walked in to Figueroa’s, where one waitress calls the other “mom” and they treated us like the only people in the restaurant. Then… The food was outstanding! I had a birria taco and the Plato Carnitas, each bursting with their own aromatic flavor and a touch of spice. No alcohol here, but not complaining

Menudo was very delicious, we ordered a small bowl for $10,50 & it was small for the price but I’m very happy with the quality. Next time I will get the big bowl I know it is definitely worth the price. For dessert I ordered “The flan” & it was very delicious . I shall return & recommend this place to those looking for a good bowl of menudo & flan . The salsas they put on the table with the chips is very authentic & a nice variety of flavors.

Amazing and when I say that it’s legit, The food is amazing just like my grandmother’s cooking the Guadalajara Mexico style. The food is fresh and nothing like these big restaurant chains here in the A.V. no one could ever match this cooking. The menudo was clean and delicious, the birria is so meaty with no fat, I mean I can keep going but I’d rather y’all go check it out and Thank me later. Gracias por su Rica comida.
