For fast food Mexican food this place is pretty alright. Chips were good. The red salsa was ok, not my favorite, but ok. The green had turned bad so I couldn’t eat it. It was foamy/bubbly and had a sour taste to it. So I would just be weary of the salsa bar. They had pickled veggies on there that were pretty good. The servings are very big! The burritos are huge!! I didn’t care for the rice here either, but the refried beans were good. The place was clean and the bathroom was clean. Not bad for something quick.

Filiberto’s food menu needs improvement. Your food (some) are too salty and not tasty. One area is your menudo too salty and some ingredients too much and hominy not enough you put too much beef. Also why don’t you serve white menudo? Also you over price your food that should not be. One of best that I enjoyed was your bean burrito. Last but not least improve your drive through services your Sooo Slow long wait for an order.

Come here all the time because I live close and I haven’t really had any issues. Today I got a chicken quesadilla. After tax and everything it’s like $14 when I got it there was almost no chicken inside. I get these all the time and there’s always a good helping of chicken. When I went back in and asked for them to make it right both the lady working the register and the cook said a bunch of nasty things about me in Spanish, but guess what? I speak fluent Spanish. I will never come back here ever again

Ordered a simple ground beef taco. What I got was a hard shell taco with burnt disintegrated beef that was fried to long. Spoke to the manager and they said they will replace it. Well the replacement was the same. I will stick to the Filiberto’s in Casa Grande.

Where do I begin?? So, I ask several questions to make sure I know the difference between the “Cowboy” and “Nacho” Fries. I order the Cowboys Fries, ask them to substitute guacamole for sour cream and put my jalapeños on the side. I also order a side of pico, which cost extra. She says, “Salsa? Red or Green?” I say, “Red.” She repeats my order, EXACTLY as I said above. I get my total and drive to the window. We wait about 5-10 mins. The lady charges me. Again, asks me, “Red or Green salsa?” I, again, say, “Red.” We wait another 4 mins. She hand me a bag. That I then hand to my daughter in the back seat. She’s looking for her rice.. “Mom.” Lady says, “Ma’am, that’s not your order. Wow! After another 2-3 minutes. They give me my order. I get home… I prob should’ve mentioned I’m in my 1st trimester of my pregnancy and I haven’t been able to it wanted to eat in 2 weeks. I get home, my order is completely wrong. I call, highly upset and explain how upset I am and why. The woman who answered hands the phone to a man who says. “I won’t help you unless you bring my food back!” Are you serious? I paid $23, most of that because I SPECIAL ORDERED my food and I have to drive back because of your mess up??? Long story short, finally, my mother went back, handled that man but said the lady was very apologetic-guess she’s been pregnant and hangry! The man was rude to both myself and my mother and needs a class on customer service. As for my meal and the remedy; the lady in the front had my meal remade the right way. It was amazing! Also, might mention this one looks 100x times better than the 1st plate. Do not eat before 2pm on Saturday. The cook sucks and the other staff act incompetent! I work in CS so I’m mad at the whole situation and that I even had to write this review!

They do not use any gloves while making your food. If you watch through the drive thru window, the people making your food is rubbing there hands on there pants and shirt and then retouching your food. Gross . Them you girls are rude and don’t want to take orders.

I only get the carne asada burrito from this chain. At this particular location the steak tasted like if was reheated which is a big turn off. Definitely not made to order. Pico and the green sauce was fresh and moderately spicy which I like. Fries were also fresh and tasted actually really good compared to other locations.
