Surprised reading the reviews, so many negative experiences. Our experience was thus, I was a little doubtful, didn’t know if this was a real Filiberto’s, it is. This is the cleanest Filiberto’s or any restaurant I’ve been in outside of Japan! Ordered one of my favorites, the fish burrito. Fish burritos can be hit or miss, this was a major hit! Great fresh crispy fish, lots of it, great slaw with Mexican tarter sauce along with their incredible red salsa. Loved it! Thanks.

This place had the best grilled chicken taco salad ever. Not anymore, the reviews speak for themselves. SAD! BUT RUDE EMPLOYEES AND TO BOOT THIS IS WHAT I WAS SERVED TONIGHT. No shell tortilla chips with lettuce a ton at least 3 cups of cheese and tomato, and chicken; no beans no sour cream no guacamole. A big mess. When I called and asked for manager I got the run around, dont walk Run from this place what a waste of $13 WILL NOT RETURN EVER!!

This place is brand new so I decided to try it out. The food is awful. I would rather eat Taco Bell and I hate Taco Bell. If you want Mexican food this is not it. My wife didn’t like her food because it was extremely sour. Chicken enchiladas aren’t supposed to be sour. We gave them the plate with two bites taken out of it and they wouldn’t give us a refund but offered another dish but we didn’t want anymore of their “food.” If you like good food, look somewhere else. The picture is of their chimichanga. Worst one I’ve ever had. The beef was just a soggy tasteless mess. The guacamole was definitely squeezed from a bag and nothing on the whole plate tasted any good. I don’t like wasting food but it was just painful eating half of it. And I couldn’t even get a refund.

I’ve been eating at Filibertos for years…this is the first one that didn’t offer complimentary chips or salsa, and they were extremely stingy on salsa, especially for ordering 2 Carne asada burritos, rice and beans. The carne asada was dry, had zero taste besides old, and instantly gave me and my wife stomach aches. Do not eat here until management fixes these problems.
