Baked Mac and cheese was way too salty fried chicken was ok. I also ordered stuffed salmon which had absolutely no flavor. The description on Uber eats did not specify the salmon came with rice so I ordered rice since I didn’t know and got double rice which was bland anyways. They also forgot to include one of my platters and peach cobbler that was ordered. Not pleased at all.

I order my food on Mother’s Day. I understand the traffic due due to the Holiday and Covid-19, and longer than normal wait times to receive my order. With that being said…I waited an additional hour and a half outside the restaurant after I was given a time to pick up my food. The chicken wings were fried way too hard and tasted like they were cooked in fish grease. The sides however were very delicious (Mac and Cheese, Sweet Potatoes, Collard Greens) as well as the apple pie.

I order from Uber eats. I ordered the Broiled Salmon with candied yams and cabbage. I requested my salmon to be well done which it is. The salmon was okay. The issue that I do have is that the rice under my salmon was completely soaked in juice. Also the rice and the cabbage had no flavor. The candied yams tasted like they were recooked to heat. This was my first and last time ordering from this place.

For starters, they took forever getting the food to my Uber eats driver(she was messaging me the entire time she was there, and the workers had a nerve to get nasty with her.) It looks like they just threw my order in the bag. It’s not wrapped in suran wrap or anything to stop the leakage from the platter. There’s liquid all in the bottom of the bag. Then I open the platter, and it looks like they just gave me what they had left over. The portions leave a lot to be desired. Then I tasted it and was even more disappointed. The broccoli had no flavor, the salmon was overcooked, and the stuffing for the salmon was dry . This is the first and last time I will ever order from your establishment.

Ok so this is my 1st time ordering from here, the delivery time was great, food was warm and that fine but the food was very under seasoned. String beans had zero seasoning but butter, my Mac and Cheese was not fresh, taste like it was sitting for a long time. The chicken wings was under seasoned, fish was seasoned well. I also got pudding it was horrible, how can you mess up banana pudding.

Didn’t have 2 items ordered. Thought it must be because the food’s so good, nope! Horrible. Dry BBQ chicken, dried out Mac and cheese and broccoli mushy. Honestly it was so horrible I wish I could get my money back. I love soul food and this is in the neighborhood but I will never order from them again.

Great food Great Staff I ate there before and the food was wonderful. Tonight I ordered platter but they were actually closed in a since when I got there the owner wouldnt take my money. Today she was given back to the community and gave me and my family free food. I’m so grateful. Please order Dec 1 she will be back open Support black own businesses

Thanks you guys for accommodating My Baby and I! Our food was delicious! Everything from the fried Salmon and Honey BBQ Wings to the Collard Greens, Cabbage, Yams and Mac & Cheese!
