I think Filo Cafe just may be my favorite Filipino restaurant in MoCo. The restaurant is cozy and quaint with friendly staff. The menu includes detailed descriptions of all dishes and there’s a variety of desserts on display to choose from.

Filo Café opened last October 8th according to the Reels video we saw. We went over there today for some takeout and to check it out. It’s located in a nice little residential community shopping center with lots of parking spaces. We were excited to note that it was just one store away from one of our favorite Indian food takeout places (Biryani City). Since there isn’t really any stiff competition in the Filipino food category in the nearby areas, we were truly excited for Filo Cafe to pop up! We weren’t disappointed. The “face” of the cafe who greeted us was this very nice and amiable young lady at the counter. It was a pleasant experience to deal with her. The shop itself had a neat, uncluttered space inside with a dine-in capacity for a good 30+ people (just our guesstimate). We arrived during a busy hour and it was full house. Surprisingly the takeout order came out fast and was packaged very nicely and securely. The only negative was not having a cup holder like in the fastfood places so we had our hands full with the three glasses of the halo-halo dessert. At home, we shared the food and our thoughts, and we all agreed that Filo Cafe is indeed a very good place for Filipino food. We loved the food — fresh veggie lumpia, lechon kawali, tapsilog, mami, pancit palabok, and (of course) halo-halo. They all tasted delicious, and the individual portions were just right. We decided that it is a place we’ll be visiting again, and again.//

Great food! Saw this place on TikTok and had to stop in! I had the chicken adobo and a Thai tea boba, my wife had the pancit bihon and a taro boba, and we split an order of chicken Shanghai lumpia. Everything was VERY good!

Just got the chicken adobo ( take out today) with rice, 2 slices of tomato and cucumber. Taste very good but very skimpy for the price: 1 little wing with hardly any meat, 2 parts of teeny tiny what might be a drumstick ( just one bite) and a little chunk ( one bite) of which could be the thigh? Very disappointing

Tastes and feels like home. The lechon was so crispy and the sauce complemented it perfectly. We had some flan afterwards and that was very good. Definitely coming back

This was our first time eating Filipino food and it was amazing. The lechon was my favorite. The girl at the front was super helpful and answered all of our questions.

We had the crispy pork belly and pork adobo, also leche flan. Everything was delicious, but the the crispy pork belly was really amazing. This is quite a new cafe and the decor is fresh and clean.

I’ve come here multiple times and each visit has been 10/10. I got the lechon kawali and it was SO CRISPY and juicy. My favorite is the dinuguan which is a slightly tangy soup with pork. The desserts are delicious, too. I always get at least one carioca and recently I fell in love with the kutsinta and the purple layered one (I cannot remember its name), but they sell out fast!
