First of all, no where on the menu did it state that this dish comes with rice. If it did so, I would have never ordered it! Like who serve lamb chops with rice? The lamb chop extremely thin. Honestly they look like they were split in half, and the broccolini. Well, there was one on my dish. I thought it was a garnish at first. Never again. Over priced and cheap food.

Food very good, love the back drops they have for you to take pictures,I like that it’s in the heart of downtown Cleveland but make sure you pay for parking if you park in the parking lot next to the building or you will get charge 24 dollars if you just park and don’t but it’s only 4 dollar parking. The only thing that was negative you can’t call to make a reservation and when trying to make one online it only let me do it for 6 and I needed 8 seats and when we got there they sat us at a table for 10.

Given that they advertise for birthdays it would be great if they allow you to celebrate with a birthday cake. We bought a cake to celebrate and were told at the door the cake was not allowed, neither are balloons. This information should have been shared once the reservation was made. They were given the number of guests but we were seated at a table that didn’t accommodate all of the guests. We were separated from the Birthday Girl and we were all family. My suggestion is that if you can’t accommodate let people know in advance so other plans can be made. But I get it, they don’t want to lose that money so you don’t know about these issues until it’s too late.

I have been here quite a few times. First time was for my birthday and I felt so celebrated there, I would’ve thought I was the only person in the room. The next few times were to celebrate the birthdays of friends and each time was more special. The true experience is one of a kind and the food is excellent. Highly recommend.

Boyfriend said he wanted visit due to word of mouth reviews. I then made a reservation as the website stated it’s strongly suggested. The day of something came up so I called to reschedule said reservation and received so much strife with the individual whom answered the phone. Still agreed to come at a later time. Again we decided we really wanted to cancel because of timing and also because of the conversation I had with the staff member over the phone regarding the reservation. I was told my card would be charged $20 per person when the website says $10 per person and also told I couldn’t change because they were packed to capacity. When I called back to cancel another staff member talked me into coming in when I said I would dispute the cancellation or no show charge. When I arrived and was seated I was satisfied with my table however the restaurant was NOT packed to capacity like they stated it would be over the phone. I was pressured into ordering cocktails by the waitress. Also they have a table time limit which is annoying because I felt rushed. They stated the dress code was casual however they let people in with tennis shoes on. The food was okay not as good as I thought it would be. Although the restaurant has nice artwork, ambiance , decor, and good music. But for a first time experience that was all over the place its a no for me I won’t be returning.

I celebrated my birthday at The Filter. I had a lemon drop with casamigos, calamari for an appetizer and the salmon for my entree and my daughter had lamb chops with a side of Mac and cheese. The service was excellent as well as the food. Beautiful atmosphere and perfect for a birthday dinner. I highly recommend ❤️

Overall it’s an experience. My good friend from high school had her birthday dinner here and we had an amazing time. Nice atmosphere though I felt like the food was a little over priced. My drink was delicious but the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were kind of salty but they were good though and my salmon was perfect. I think I’m one and done. Like if somebody invited me out again to come here then I would but I wouldn’t just come here on a regular. I still had a ball though!!

Went to filter last night for dinner with my friend. Food was AMAZING—we got seafood dip as an app, herbed chicken and lobster mac n cheese. Very decent portion sizes, cute atmosphere and ambiance. Our waitress was amazing despite getting me the wrong drink—drink still ended up being good. No dj when we went but the music was amazing. Staff were overall very friendly. I only wished we would have been notified of the 20% gratuity added to our bill for a table of 2…. I honestly had planned on giving her more than that. I cant wait to come back!
