The service was great, was my first time there and waitress helped me with ordering explain everything very good, my sushi roll was excellent I had the one with scallops on top, I got the spicy undon noodles with chicken and shrimp they were training a new chef it wasn’t spicy at all but they had the head chef remake it and it was delicious and had a little spicy kick to it that’s why I took one star away, and I had the Tokyo tea and it was good, overall great experience will go back again,

What a gem Fin is in Chesterfield! Everything we ate was excellent, and the service was fast despite our visit being peak time on a Saturday night. We ordered sushi (Rising Sun roll and Fin Dynamite roll) and the tonkatsu ramen and were blown away by how good the Rising Sun roll was. Wife and I both agreed that it was hands down the best tasting roll we’ve had in St Louis. We made reservations in advance and were treated to a special dessert for our anniversary. The molten lava cake was rich and decadent; very impressive for an unimposing restaurant in a strip mall. We were very impressed and can’t wait to come back soon!

I was craving for some Japanese food. I decided to give this restaurant a try. There were plenty of parking out front. The restaurant wasn’t busy. It was clean and had a beautiful decor. Staff were friendly. There were a lot of sushi choices. I love their chicken katsu. It was unique and crispy. Their red bird roll was delicious and tasteful. I wasn’t too impressed with their shrimp tempera roll. It was plain. I had a good experience with this restaurant.

The food was delicious! The photos don’t do this restaurant justice. We partially ate the food before taking them. It had a great atmosphere. The waitress we had was very attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes. We also stated we wanted to share the food we ordered, and she brought out extra plates and bowls for us so we could divvy up our meal.

This is an amazing Japanese restaurant. They have a wide variety of sushi and Japanese food. I tried 4 rolls, all rolls were extremely flavorful and fresh. To begin my meal I ordered Miso Soup, the portion of soup was very large and had very good flavor. The service was excellent, I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy sushi.

The service staff was very nice but the food just wasn’t anything special at all. Despite a few unique rolls, the ingredients and execution just wasn’t there. Sloppy and thrown together with no skill for presentation and every roll tasted the same. Wouldn’t visit again.
