I ordered miso soup, seaweed salad, pepper fin, and my girlfriend got a roll. Everything was good, pretty standard. Good service. I like the amount of green onions and tofu in the miso soup. The red fish egg garnish looks cool. Fish seemed fresh.

I have been here a few times. Good food, good atmosphere, and kid friendly. I usually get my rolls served on plates, but this time around, it was all brought out on a boat. Let me tell ya!! This boat had mold!!! I felt sick to my stomach. My poor kids ate off of this boat with me. Had my son not asked me what daikon was, I wouldn’t have found the mold. I moved the plate in the boat only to discover more mold. The owner lied to me that it wasn’t mold that it’s just stained from being used frequently. LOL! I was not born yesterday. I know what mold looks like. Good try. Even though she tried to assure me that they took pride in sanitation, I still canceled my to-go order. I know it wasn’t the servers fault, so I still tipped about 15%.

Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had!! Great quiet little spot right in Natomas, excellent and quick service. Wasps started harassing us while we were eating outside and the owner chased them away for us. Haha. Love the drinks too, delicious. Will definitely be coming here very often!!

The jalapeño bomb the server recommended was beyond amazing! Perfect for those who like a spicy rolls, And the spicy ninja roll was very good as well, mild spiciness. Very fast and friendly service. And they have fresh ginger! Great drink choices, but the green tea was what I ordered and it was refreshing. 12/10!!

I had lunch here this afternoon and I first want to mention how clean the bathroom was, it even smelled great! I ordered the spicy tuna roll and the salmon lover roll, both were beautiful to look at and tasty. Two tips for dinning in, I would call ahead for larger parties and take a look at the sushi boats, it’s a great deal. The inside is clean, two TVs for viewing and an ambiance that reminds me of Bikini Bottom in SpongeBob.

This place is definitely a new favorite. Tried the tonkotsu Ramen, gyoza and a lava roll. Sooooo good! The roll was enough for 2 to share. Gyoza was perfectly crispy with so much flavor packed inside. The dipping sauce on the side was a little sweet and added to the flavors without overpowering the gyoza.

Came here after seeing multiple raving reviews. After standing at the waiting area for 2 minutes being ignored by staff, finally a voice from behind a wall said “sit wherever”. While our order was being taken, waiter just walked off when he believed we were done ordering. Plates were never cleared from the table when we were done with each portion. Didn’t wait too long for food but when it came we immediately noticed it was all absolutely drenched in sauce. Rolls had very little flavor and sadly Safeway Sushi gave this a run for it’s money. Wasn’t busy inside but staff never checked in on us or asked us if we needed anything or refilled our waters. Salmon skin hand rolls were actually above par and the reason this review is getting one star. Had to flag down a staff member when we were ready for the check and when my card was brought back to me, it was sat down in front of the table without a word said. Sadly it was an awful experience where we began feeling a bit uneasy in our stomachs during our meal. Maybe they were having an off day and maybe our server was training but sadly it was not a good experience.
