Established in 1975, the original Fiorelli’s building has grown to include four different venues to create lasting memories.

• Salute Special Events – A catering and banquet room established in August 2011 and open 7 days a week.
• The ROC Restaurant and Wine Bar – A restaurant and wine bar opened in Spring of 2012.
• Wize Guys Bistro – A sports bar opened Summer of 2019.
• Umbria – Future plans for Greenhouse Dining.

Short’s Soft Parade
Soft Parade is a gourmet specialty pour that is brewed with toasted rye flakes and two-row malted barley. Finally had a chance to check out the Wize Guys. It was really good, compliments to the chef! Hamburger was unique flavor, good old fashioned fries, salad was fresh and I like the homemade mozzarella wedges.

I stopped in on a whim because it always looked so nice. Our waitress was warm and fun. The food was just great. A miracle happened. I ate pepperoni, sausage , and bacon that they make, on my pizza, and didn’t get heartburn at all. That’s impossible! Sooo good and all original, awesome cold too! They made a spinach and Brussel sprout salad i loved? They had an entertainer who was just wonderful, still singing some of his songs. One guitar, one voice. If your looking for a pleasant evening look no further.

The food was excellent. My boyfriend ordered The special sub was big and he could only eat half. I had the 1/2lb Black Jack burger and it was cooked perfectly. We had the homemade chips I recommend you stop in and try their food

They start staring at you, and wanting you to leave by 11 on a Saturday night. I had to order a double to even taste what I ordered. Almost $70.00 with a tip for 4 drinks. I really wanted to like this place because of the location. Unfortunately I won’t be a regular customer.
