Fio’s new owner is absolutely amazing! As soon as you step through the door, your apart of their family. I got the chicken teriyaki sub with bacon and it was fantastic! My husband really liked his sub too, he got the Mickey. We will definitely go again!

I have ordered a traditional plain cheese pizza a handful of times now. The first two pizzas were good once the cook started adding a little more cheese to the pizza. I thought following that change, I had found a new pizza place to satisfy my pizza cravings. Unfortunately, the last several pizza’s that I’ve ordered have either been way over-cooked, or I’ve received a reheated dried out pizza that seems to have been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile I don’t know what accounts for the sudden and drastic nose dive in the quality of the pizza at FIOs, hopefully management sees this review, and addresses the problem, as I’ve seen that FIOs can make a good pizza when they want to. Here’s hoping that the situation improves.

Very disappointed with the new pizza and the online ordering through slice. Only 1 size sub now and they are VERY small… $40 for 2 subs delivered after fees, tax, delivery and tip which were so much smaller than before. Not cool… I would give a 2 if I wasn’t a happy patron for the last 20+ years. Bring back the old pizza and larger subs and I’m happy to raise rating. Raise prices, don’t lower quality

Everyone there is energetic and clearly enjoys and loves the work theyre doing everyone talked to me with a smile on their face and the best part is the pizza was absolutely one of if not the most delicious pizza I’ve ever tasted for just a basic pepperoni. This is not a paid review. My fiancee and I drive from Acton to Lowell just to get pizza from Fios. Their pizza is absoutely phenomenal. It’s the perfect thickness and the crust is always fluffy (the crust is “burnt” in my photos because I like my pizza well done) They always add the perfect amount of the toppings you request and their sauces are amazing to boot. The pizzas always look presentable and perfectly put together. I am an extremely complicated customer and order a really picky pizza and they always make it perfectly, and never had an issue meeting my requests. They’ve even pulled my pizza out and asked me how it looks and if it needs to be cooked more, more chicken etc. The staff is awesome in this regard and actually MAKES the food. They dont just slap your ingredients on the oven top like most places. Fios pizza is the best

Been eating for 10 years plus! The Pizza is not their strongest point in my opinion but what I love were their Teriyaki Steak Cheese with extra sauce and mayo. My favoirte sub hands down. But what got me to come here and leave them a review is their chicken! Saucy, great size and juicy! Love them.

Wings had a lot of breading not as good as remembered, didn’t like the ranch, fired ravioli didn’t come with marinara, pizza (especially the ricotta on it) needs more seasoning. Was not the Fio’s we remembered.
