Truthfully, there is nothing I enjoy more than a great chicken sandwich. I’ve been looking forward to making a trip out to West Chester to try a FIRE Nashville Hot sandwich for weeks now after learning about the opening of this place…and boy, was I IMPRESSED! I ordered the FIRE signature sandwich and it was truly the best chicken sandwich i’ve ever had. It tops Lovebird for me, which was my prior favorite. The sandwich alone was worth my drive out to WC. The place is very clean and inviting, and the owner James is extremely kind! I can’t wait to make a trip back out to FIRE! Come to think of it, I may just make it a weekly occurrence!

This is the best chicken place in the area. The staff is so friendly, location is clean, and the food is always delicious. I recommend the Broadway sandwich! They also have apps that you could eat as a meal and some next level desserts. I highly recommend giving them a try. And if you want to have a fun time buy your friend a sandwich at the cluck around and find out heat level !

Absolute . Best hot chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to Nashville! Also, I did take out with a 45 minute drive … the awesome team member gave me some simple air fryer instructions and it was perfect.

I’m not saying that I’m a spicy chicken connoisseur, but my family and friends have that perception of me. First of all, the atmosphere, location, and employees are great. Most likely you’ll have the chance to speak with the owners, when they’re done cooking the food for you.

The food is off the rails, it is sooooo good! We shared the corn fritters and fried pickle appetizers, then we all had chicken tenders and other coleslaw and potato salad. The chicken tenders are the star of the show were so moist, yet crispy! And we had a flight of empanadas and banana pudding – all amazing. Come here and you won’t be disappointed, I promise!

Excellent fried chicken, just like Prince’s chicken from Nashville. One of my favorite places to get lunch in town. I love spicy food and these guys do it right. I usually get the hot or x-hot and it’s awesome every time. Huge sandwiches too!

Not what it used to be! We ate here in 2022 when it was good food & customer service. However dinner in 2023 was a completely different story. When my wife bit into her chicken taco it was pink and undercooked. She brought it to the attention of the 2 college-aged girls, the 1st offered to remake or refund, we asked for a refund. The other with attitude said “let me see that” and had the 1st girl show the cook. She then came out and said that is just what happens with “dark meat”. Well 1) they shouldn’t be using dark meat and 2) what was served was clearly not dark meat. Already upset by the attitude we pushed back but then the millennial got all snippy about our ‘attitude’. Also my wings, which came out looking huge, had very little edible meat on them (chewy spots) and also were undercooked, which I know because I spent the rest of the night with diarrhea getting it out. They clearly not only improperly cooked the food but also lied to our faces about it and did not do a remake or refund. Definitely not coming back for the attitude, poor customer service and undercooked chicken.

Stop scrolling the reviews and just go there- their chicken is beyond! Tried their signature sandwich with mild sauce and “cluck around and find out” wings. I am so glad that I clucked around and just wish I had found out about this spot sooner. You can really tell how much love and pride the owners put into the food they are serving. Can’t wait to go again.
