I pray the owner sees this. I never right a bad review for anything but this one deserves it. The customer service was sooooooo bad. The young lady that was serving the food didn’t want to answer any questions. I felt like I was pulling teeth out of her. At one point she took a deep breath before answering as if I was bothering her. I had to ask her was she ok, because I couldn’t believe she was so unwelcoming. I was so excited to go to my GT spot and was sorely disappointed. Also, I literally threw out the food. It tasted like it was made yesterday then warmed up. If the owner is reading this please do better. I hate to see my country man not prosper.

While the staff is friendly, the food isn’t. What I mean by that is their food isn’t fresh. Maybe on some days it may be but when made a purchase, one could tell it was a day old and reheated. I was really disappointed. I understand the pandemic has made business tough but in spite of that, that’s not how you serve customers. And then the cost wasn’t worth it at all. All in all, my experience was not a good one. So I will never go back there again. I hope other customers have better experiences than what I had. That said, I wish Fire Side Restaurant all the best and hope they make improvements where needed.

When there first time. The girl selling can hardly hear what you saying. She kept looking at the guys and laughing like a school girl. Brought 3 dal puri which had small amount of dal with no favor. Cheese rolls were dried. I don’t know about the other foods bez I never tried them n probably wouldn’t. However everyone cooks differently and have their choices of what taste good

Service is always amazing. We call ahead for doubles and pick up and they are always friendly. My dad orders from here constantly and we always get doubles or dhal pourie (sp?) from here. The dhal pourie is amazing of course and the prices are great! We buy in bulk at times and it always comes out great. The place is clean, and tbh, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend 🙂
