I can grill a pretty mean steak myself, so I rarely go to steakhouses. But Fire + Smoke has cuts (and quality of cuts) that you can’t obtain from the grocery store. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food is high-end, but approachable. We will definitely be returning!!!

Literally the most amazing food/ drink experience I have ever had. The Japanese wagyu is beyond belief! The cocktails were amazing as well! Go and ask for Joe Trail, the bar manager, his drinks are superb! Definitely try the crème brûlée cheesecake!

We visited on a Saturday and had a wonderful laid back experience. We were greeted by the hostess and sat at a table quickly. Our server was ultra attentive and our drinks were amazing! Definitely have a bourbon mule!!! I had a filet that was prepared and cooked to a perfect med-rare. My husband had a NY Strip that he thoroughly enjoyed. We had the Mac and cheese and a sidde of the hand cut fries (absolutely the best fries I have had). We also shared a blackberry cobbler which was delicious. Every blackberry was juicy and sweet. All in all we had a fantastic experience and we left fully satisfied but, not over stuffed.

What a cool surprise. Intimate swanky place to bring a date or have a nice dinner. I was so surprised at the use of smoke. I ordered a cold smoked New York Strip and the Red Snapper. Both were cooked perfectly and I was quite impressed. I’ll be back soon to try some of the other items. Can’t wait!

Fire and Smoke is the best place to eat in Knoxville! We have been there 3 weeks in a row now for date night! Absolutely everything we have had is amazing! The food is incredibly good! We usually get one of the steak selections but we ordered the pork chop tonight and it was the best pork chop I’ve ever had! Don’t leave without getting the chocolate torte and the French press coffee! This place is exactly what Knoxville needs! We will be back again and again!

Our recent business dinner at this steakhouse was excellent. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had a great evening. The highlight was the Wagyu steak, my first but certainly not my last. Its flavor was outstanding and the texture was perfect. All in our group were equally satisfied with their meals. With its relaxed atmosphere and top-notch food, this steakhouse made a great impression. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.
