Called in for my order. It was very hard to communicate with the person over the phone as she kept talking over me. I asked if they had chicken tender fries at their location since I didn’t see it on their website & the lady responded, “we have any flavor you can add your own”. I told her I wanted the Nashville chicken tender fries. The photo provided is their “Nashville chicken tender fries”. It came with no chicken. Not sure what the burnt brown sauce was but I just threw the whole thing away once I tasted a small bite. Wings were eh. Soggy when I got them. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Terrible communication service & nasty food at this location. I’ve ordered this multiple times before at other locations & have never seen this before. Save your money & go to a different Fire Wings location.

Slow merchant , order over the phone , after 15mins went to pick up my order and was told have to wait another 10mins. Employee’s having great time in kitchen dance and giggling ,then how come you accept the order to be ready on time.

This place is gross!! The new ownership has made this place rotten the food smells spoiled and the owner has a nasty attitude!!! And I think the heath inspectors need to pay them a visit! Waste your money here if you want I rather go to wing stop or fire wings on sunrise this place is horrible shame on you!!! For poor management!!! And wash your hands lady!!!! Response so if this is a fake rating what about the others!!?? your a clown lady and your going to loose your business license it’s a nasty place and you can’t run it don’t get upset at the facts fix it!! They don’t even have the full fire wings menu, rude employees and always some bs excuse on why they don’t have anything in stock. No cups, sometimes meals aren’t available, no ice in the soda machine. Too much wrong bring in new management or give it up. No questions asked take your self to wingstop across the street, they’re not the best but much better than fire wings for sure.
