Walking into the restaurant, I was greeted by every employee with real, great, genuine smiles. Even when seated, employees who walked past the table greeted me and other guests. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable of all their dishes. I ordered the Cajun Porterhouse with Port Mushrooms and Broccoli. Topped off with a long island ice tea to wind down the evening. Though I accidentally knocked over my drink, the server got me another and took over the cleanup of my mess. She further advised that it was her job to clean the mess and my job to relax. Though I totally disagree with that, I did what I was told and enjoyed myself. The steak was cooked to medium rare perfection as I love my steaks and seasoned very well. Yes, the mushrooms in the Port Wine sauce and the broccoli were also very delicious! I will make a 2 hour ride just to enjoy the ambiance and the great food!

Not a super huge fan of the food at this restaurant. It’s not cheap and I don’t think I got what we paid for. I understand that it’s a wood fired grill place but just about everything was crunchy down to the steak. I ordered a simple cheeseburger and it didn’t have a very good taste. Tasted burnt. Philly cheesesteak rolls were crunchy. They didn’t taste terrible but I wouldn’t order them again if I come back. Bread CRUNCHY! Had to eat the middle of it. Moscato wine was great. But this place does card you and your card cannot be vertical or they may not be able to serve you alcohol even if you are old enough to drink. Waitress was great though. Very attentive and willing to fix the issues we had with our food.

Very friendly restaurant with excellent food and service. Diverse menu from burgers to steaks. They do a lot of thing right from greeting at door to boxing up for us and labeling food we took home. Not inexpensive but generous portions

Food was aweome! We had the Asiago chicken pasta and sweet barbecue burger. Service wasnt the best. (Had ask for salt and pepper twice, handed unsweet tea when sweet was asked for, never received A1 Sauce as asked, and the waitress was more worried about flirting then getting the check) This is first experience here, we will be back because food was awesome!

Has potential, but did not live up to expectations. Got the pasta, sent it back because of over cooked chicken. Got the Honey chicken, almost choked on the chicken. Dry, overcooked and no taste. Management and server were awesome! They did not charge me for both meals.

Had lunch here today. I enjoy a Firebirds and wanted to try the new Frederick location. Staff were courteous and prompt. We shared a salad and Durango burger. Even the 1/2 size portions were plentiful! As usual the burger was delicious and the salad was fresh and served chilled. The atmosphere is nice but not as nice as other locations. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. Would return!!

This is the second Firebirds I’ve eaten at, and it’s pretty consistent in overall quality to the other location in Leesburg. The food is good but overpriced for what it is. Service is solid. Atmosphere is standard American casual. All in all it’s good. If you go on a weekend night, you’ll probably need a reservation.
