Went for Mother’s Day and this was delicious. Of course made reservations and it was a wait but understandable considering today. While we waited was offered either a sample of either mimosa or their signature Double Black Diamond Martini (the martini was delicious ). We had the appetizer of the deviled eggs which were good , I had grilled salmon and my kids both had the ribs yes they serve you a full slab. They have a beautiful patio area / bar on outside and inside was nice. Definitely worth the wait and drive to Orlando. Her server was Julie and she was great we will be back again.

Visited on Friday evening around 7p and it was not busy. The cheese steak egg roll appetizer is okay but basic with an odd flavored sauce that made me gulp my water. Definitely overpriced for the portion. The ribs were okay but let’s face it, it’s not a rib joint. I tried the red snapper this time instead of the salmon. I should have stuck with the salmon. The snapper was slightly overcooked but completely devoid of flavor. The shrimp topping had taste so ended up being my meal. Truthfully, the first time I have left here disappointed. The only saving grace was that the server was very attentive.

Very nice atmosphere, service was pretty good, but the waiter new I hated the pasta, and didn’t offer to replace it. The chicken pasta is not good at all, it was the sauce mostly, and there was hardly any chicken in it. The philly egg rolls were very flavorful though. Oh, and the complimentary bread that took forever to come out was horrible, very bland. I’ll pass on it the next time.

Awesome place to go for a lunch or a dinner. I had the cilantro grilled chicken and loved it. I was able to eat the whole dish with nothing left to take home! I think that shows how much I enjoyed it! You really can’t go wrong with any of their dishes! And the service is also great as well!

So I wanted to take my friends somewhere different that they never been, so figured I would try Firebirds in Orlando. Like always they did not disappoint. The employees host and our funny server Thiago made the experience fun and enjoyable. I started my evening with 2 of the pineapple martinis, very good and strong. Our appetizers were the Bacon Deviled Eggs and the Philly cheese steak egg rolls….. AMAZING . My entree was the Lobster Fondue Salmon over mashed potatoes after Thiago explained what fondue was. The food came out hot and delicious (All hail to the underrated kitchen staff). We had no complaints and everyone enjoyed their food. Can’t wait to come back again.

Had a reservation still have to wait 30 minutes. After we were seated waited over an hour food. The salmon was good and the crème Brûlée cheesecake was good. The service was ok really, really slow.

Had a reservation at 7:45 pm and didn’t get seated until 8:30, food at 9:30. Our appetizers were out before waitress even took our dinner order. My filet was thin, tough and full of fat. I asked for blue cheese sauce, came out with nothing then they took it back and the sauce didn’t help it at all.
