I recently visited Fired Pie to grab a bite to eat, but my experience left me deeply disappointed. The first thing that struck me was the overwhelming presence of homeless individuals within the restaurant. It was disconcerting to see them freely roaming around, even venturing behind the cook line to engage with one of the employees named Diana.

It was disheartening to see the manager and staff allow the homeless to remain on the premises, even after the Phoenix Police Department had requested their removal.

Not all locations are treated equal. I used to order Fired Pie near my job. Everything was always so fresh & abundant. They probably had to constantly stock due to the amount of customers.

About a month ago I decided to try this place out for the first time. I was in line and in front of me was a couple with their kid watching their food be prepared. At some point during this the blackest fly I’ve ever seen landed right on their food. To my surprise no one said anything. I didn’t try the food (unsurprisingly) but was and still am able to laugh about the experience however be warned about this location

Incompetence through and through. Ordered a pizza on 8/1 at 430 and was told online it would be ready by 450. Get there at 505 and its not finished, nor has it been started. Was told it would be another 10-15 minutes and after 10 minutes they still didn’t even start making it so I asked for a refund. Funny, never got my refund so I was charged for food i never even received and the manager was without a care in the world. No one there seems to care and they still have the audacity to ask for a tip!!!!! Go to Blaze or Mod, they’ll at least do their job.

Great build your own pizza place! Wood fired oven , thin crust, tons of toppings. Made my self a Mediterranean pizza. My husband made his self a meatovers pizza. Both of us enjoyed our dinner! Tables were dirty and the their trash was over flowing. Young group behind the counter and they seemed to be ending the dinner rush. Over all , we had a great experience and we will definitely be returning.

Love their thin crust pizzas!!! The rotolis are a great addition to their menu – pesto or tomatoes – both savory choices. This location opened promptly, is very clean and spacious. The salads are fresh and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely keep coming back.

The pizzas are good. My usual is cauliflower crust with pesto and some toppings. Always well done cuz I like some crisp lol. Service is here and there. Some rude, some inexperienced, some alright employees. Do not eat there lol. The tables are wobbly, there’s hella flies, it’s been dirty every time we’ve gone. Just saying to make it to go.
