Usually we really like Fired Pie. This location has really gone down hill! Too bad! The service is below par. The food looks awful & old. Wanted a salad & the lettuce was gross looking. They actually said the prep cook hardly ever comes in. We wont be returning.

Very disappointed today. It took 20 minutes to place my order. I asked for well done and they didn’t do it. Then when I ask for to be cooked longer, they threw it away and they didn’t tell me. I had to go to them. They said they had to make again. No reheating. My other pizza is cold! I have been coming to fired pie since they opened their first store. This was not a good experience .

Great experience today at this location! My first time there. The best pizza out of several other Fired Pie locations I’ve been too. The staff and Mgr were very friendly, courteous and professional. Everything was just perfect. Hopefully all of their locations will start using this location as their training model!

Ordered to go a salad and 2 pizzas. Was served a roasted vegetable salad with wilted disgusting lettuce and spinach. The salad wasn’t even ready when I got there since they forgot to make it. Called to complain, no manager in sight and the only thing the young girl could do is tell me to come by and They wil make another, no apology, no offer of a refund for the hassle. Poor CustomerService. That’s what you get when you have teenagers run a restaurant for you.
