My first time here they patiently answered all my questions and explained everything to me and what my choices were. Great customer service’ very personable employees and the drinks are delicious. I have become addicted (they also have a rewards card to earn a free boosted tea or shake)

Great customer service. Shakes are inventive and creative. All the shakes I had taste amazing. They just partnered with 1st Phorm which makes it a lot better than the previous protein they used with Herbalife. This place is awesome.

I realize everyone has their own unique experience and I do not write reviews often but sometimes you need to hear the bad experiences to improve. I had never been here before. I always vidit ones local to me like uplift or fun so they are what I am used to. Upon arriving I asked the nutritional value (calories) for the larger size 32 oz. because it was not listed anywhere. The woman said she had no idea she would have to compute the macros. I think if you own a “nutritional” storefront this is very important for customers to know what they are consuming. Afterall that is WHY we are there and not at McDonald’s. I ordered the banana bread and seen that the powder she grabbed said “cinnamon toast crunch” so i asked if she was making me the right thing? Again, the same look and she was very short. I instantly felt like I had already made a mistake coming there. The shake tasted nothing like banana bread. It was very bitter and very cinnamon toast crunch. Barely could get 1/2 down. Very unfriendly service and not impressed with what I paid for. Service with a smile goes a much longer way.

Fired Up is an outstanding business. The owners know their products extremely well, and the shakes taste better than ever (they’re using 1stPhorm protein now) while being extremely affordable for the quality. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.
