Ok, My wife and I went Friday evening for supper 8-11-23. Waited 35 minutes for our food, finally went to counter and asked what is taking so long. Cashier said they had a bunch of take outs. So does that mean I should have ordered over the phone to get my food faster? Then go sit at a table to eat? The other guy said they only had 1 person to cut the meat, 2 in the kitchen, and another teenager to fill orders. What about those who dine in? Do we have to wait 40-45 minutes to get our food? There was no manager or owner on site to make sure things were going smooth on a Friday evening. Finally a manager showed up and apologized and offered to get our food in another 10 minutes. What, wait another 10 minutes? I said NO you had all the time to put a piece of chicken and 1 side on a plate and you couldn’t do that in 35 minutes. These teenagers cannot multi-task by filling orders to go and feeding dine in customers. 1. to slow 2. cannot multi-task 3. prices are ridicules 4. food not great. Since new owners food and service is not the same.

The place has a nice mural paint job on the wall and all but the inside still looks like a hole in the wall diner/grocery/food pantry that’s located in a strip mall. The seating seems to had been replaced but there are still booths with torn up seats around. My son actually asked why they were storing the trash inside instead of bringing it out like we do at home.

3 people behind the counter and only one other table of 2 waiting on food. 15 mins and still waiting. Not like they have to cook anything…slice the brisket, scoop potato salad. Good grief- Slow as hell. But probably taking care of phone orders first.

I am not a BBQ person, my husband kept talking about his visits here. I was finally able to go…walked in and we were greeted by the owner and her wonderful staff. The owner guided my on ordering. I was craving a burger and they have THE absolute BEST!! We also got the smothered potatoes and the out of this world green beans. My husband got a bbq plate of fabulousness. I will return.

My sandwich/poboy hardly had any pulled pork and my fries were supposed to be with extra seasoning tell me why my fries had no season no salt and was over cooked ????? What the heck and then the ppl that answered the phones acted stupid and it didn’t do anything

Ordered the brisket. For the price it’s not worth it. It had good potential. I was only given one piece cut in half to make it look like two pieces. It was cold. It did have a nice smoky taste . The baked beans were actually good and hot. Not sure if I will return.

This place was amazing. The atmosphere is downhome bbq. From the beginning of greeting and ordering from the staff to the last bite, it was southern charm at its best. I ordered the 3 meat plate with great meats sausage, chicken, and ribs. The ribs were excellent. Homemade macaroni and creamy coleslaw. My wife got loaded fries with pork and queso. There was so much she couldn’t eat a third of it. They brought us some tallow taters to sample while we waited and they are so delicious. I recommend them next time it will be on my plate. Please do yourself a favor and stop by. Two thumbs way up.

Amazing place people are very polite they wait on you very quickly the food is phenomenal best barbecue I have ever had the potato salad oh my God I can’t get enough of it the owner is a very nice person she keeps a very good environment family friendly quantity of food is excellent price is great if I had to suggest a barbecue place to go eat at it would be this place I’ve eaten here several times over the past few years and I will continue to eat there I share this place on my Facebook page and tell all my friends and family about it to come out and try them you couldn’t ask for a better place to go to
