I was in Hollywood on business and looked on Trip Advisor for a place for lunch and saw this place. I asked what was the best sandwich, beef, pork or brisket. They recommended the beef. Just fair, on the chewy side.

Had the rib platter with beans and Mac. Ribs were the best I’ve had since moving back down south. It’s also next to some other food trucks like shaved ice and coney Island dogs.

OMG!! What can I say about this place? Most authentic BBQ EVER! Bill (owner and chef) was the kindest, sweetest, most patient and people’s person ever! He let me taste the food before I purchased it and shared some background with me. OMG was it DELICIOUS! I recommend the family pack and I will definitely be a lifelong customer:)

Ate near here the day before and could smell the smoker and realized that we had to come back. I ordered the brisket platter with coleslaw and mac and cheese. The brisket was amazing with perfect flavor and texture. The coleslaw wasn’t anything to write home about but the mac and cheese was some of the best I’ve ever had. There didn’t seem to be anywhere to sit and eat there but we wanted to eat at home so it didn’t bother us much. We were offered a sample so ask for one of you’re not sure what to get.

Very great experience. Originally went to the Jamaican Jerk stand next door but no one attended us, the gentleman running the bbq truck was great, he explained the menu as it was our first time here. He went as far as giving us a small sample of some sides! The brisket was great i had the platter with baked beans and mac & cheese.

First time they’re not quite what I was expecting as far as the establishment which really was just a trailer and a couple of huge smokers next to it. Met with the owner and a very pleasant person very passionate about his barbecue. Offered us a sample of their ribs and sold us! We ended up ordering 4 slabs of ribs they were out of this world.

Mr. Chef told me he would make me the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had and he was 100% right. Delicious coleslaw. And the service was perfect. 10/10 recommend !! Need to try the rest of his choices

Outstanding food! Firehouse BBQ catered a work event for me at my home. We served ribs, brisket and chicken as well as various sides. This is the most flavorful, tastiest BBQ I have ever had. My guested were raving about the food. Bill was very easy to work with and was great at helping me plan my menu. I Absolutely recommend Firehouse BBQ!
