Let me start by saying- this isn’t your typical “fast food” and you get what you’re paying for -sit down restaurant quality burgers. (This is take out and drive thru only!) They are big, juicy burgers with SUCH good ingredients!!! We got the smoke em out burgers with customizations. The garlic aioli was SO delicious, the waffle fries were perfectly crispy and the fry sauce was delicious! Shake was so fricken delicious. Definitely recommend!!! Delicious burgers & shakes!!!

Hands down the BEST burger place in Port Angeles. Nothing compares to Firehouse. All my orders have always been fresh & hot. Great portion sizes, great flavor. All around great. Firehouse or Frugals ain’t even a question, Firehouse is the way to go!

So for several years I used to go to Frugals because that was my favorite, “still go, just not as much ” But this place has my heart now for the last couple of years. The burgers are really good and there is a menu of what you can put on the burger , Google the menu. They have a walk up window too. Try them and you’ll like them

It was a good burger! Unfortunately the Nashville chicken burger was missing the coleslaw and we didn’t notice that until it was too late. Overall it was a good place to enjoy a classic American cheeseburger. Just make sure to check your order before you leave!

I have stopped here several times lately as I have a landscape project near by. The first time the burger was fabulous. I cannot eat bread so was able to order my burger cupped into thick wedges of iceberg lettuce. I also got onion rings, fry sauce, and mayo, peppers and pickle relish on my burger! I was thrilled.

The order taker is always friendly and helpful, the little longer wait time for order is well worth it! From the fabulous Burgers to the awesome waffle or regular fries , yes it’s a little more spendy but a frugal burger it is not! Open wide to munch this , it’s pretty hefty! I’m hooked and I like their loyalty bonus too!!

Delicious burgers and fries, they really hit the spot after a long day of hiking! Service was relatively fast and I appreciated the quality food, but the employees could have been a bit more personable. I liked the building and the fact that it is walk up/drive thru only!
