We ordered potato soup and veg sub we checked several times with them If has any kind of meat in it they assured it has jus potatoes but when we had it we chewed on a ham chunk when we took it to the staff they argued it’s potatoes where in the world potato has that meaty texture. They jus hurt our religious feelings in spite of checking with them several times.very bad service and attitude

I asked for a turkey and cheese sub. They gave me a ham sub. I didn’t realize it til I got all the way home. I paid $12.38 for this sub and had to throw it away because I don’t eat PORK. they don’t pay attention to detail. It’s even on my receipt that I ordered a turkey sub.

I don’t take kindly to multiple pieces of hair in my sandwich! To add, the bread to my wife’s sandwich was crumbly and falling apart… see pics of someone’s hair with split ends… smh… I called and spoke to the shift lead Daniella as the Manager Gena wasn’t available, she did apologize but thats not what I want to hear Daniella… where’s my refund!!

The manager is nothing but rude and unprofessional. She was emptying the tea machines as we were getting drinks. She never did move aside for us to get lids and straws and it wasn’t until I said (loudly) that I just wanted a lid. She moved to the counter and huffed at us. She sat at the counter, with her hands on her hips, glaring at us. She never did greet us or anything. There’s three guys behind the line, on their phones. Meanwhile there is a nasty mess sitting on the floor thats been here since we got here. Looks like someone was in the middle of cleaning it up and just left it. There’s only been three people since we’ve been here and they’ve all gotten their stuff and left. Really disappointment that the manager lets it be like this.

Large sub only 3 slices of ham spread out across the sandwich, the turkeys never ever been shredded before if it wasn’t it would probably be 2 slices. Asked for extra cheese and an extra pickle spear. Didn’t get any pickle spears or extra cheese…… I just ate here 3 days ago and I’ve eaten here for 10+ years and have never been told that’s how they make sandwiches like I was told today…..
