For a sub shop they do fairly well. The bread can be a bit dry if you’re going for a sub later in the day! If you prefer the hot sub you likely won’t notice… However, the cold sub you will. Today we decided to try their limited time only Pepperoni pizza meatball sub on a garlic bread roll. You know, it was pretty good….The pepperoni was almost flavorless…. but other than that! We enjoyed it! I’d say it’s worth a try… The staff were a bit off putting… one in particular really caught me off guard…. but all in all friendly enough.

So I’ve never been to a Firehouse sub and tried it out today for the first time. I called in place my order and came by no more than five minutes after I placed it. I realized I was closer I than I thought. I go and pay for my food at 107pm and the cashier said go ahead and choose your drink and don’t forget your chips and I took my receipt and grab my drink grab my chips and waiting for my name to be called. Over 15 minutes goes by and I see four other customers come in get their sandwiches made right then and there and then leave. So I’m wondering I already called in get my sandwiches didnt I?? This is kind of weird so I go up to the counter and I tell the cashier “I’m sorry I’ve been waiting 15 minutes did somebody call my name and I just said I didn’t hear it?” and she goes and ask the sandwich makers and they don’t know about it but then the one person that does know is all the way in by the to go orders and said “Oh its that one right there” which was in an odd spot behind the cashier with no other orders. The naive cashier gives me my order and doesn’t say a word. So the Receipt on the made order said 1:01 p.m. I paid at 1:07 p.m. and then I went up to the counter at 1:20 p.m. so not only called in to save time but now I have a cold 20 minutes old supposed to be your most popular sandwich cuz that’s what you said “Hook And Latter”! Worst part was the cashier didn’t say anything or even apologize for the wait or inconvenience. I don’t know if it’s because it’s new staff day or no communication day but that was a horrible experience why would I ever want to come back after that!? Y’all get zero Stars if I could. I don’t care how good the food is that was horrible customer service. Your cashier and manager handled it horrible and you didn’t even make up for it. Please respond whoever the competent manager is!! Also if it mattered Im a AF vet that tipped a dollar “for a pick up” order. Then this is what I was severed “Nice!” Haha.

My second visit here. Food was fantastic just like my first visit. The Italian sandwich is to die for! The chili is pretty good, just missing some cheese and onions on top. Today my family chose to get the mint chocolate chip cookies, and the cookies are great, and only $1 for a big cookie! There is a coca-cola freestyleachine as well. It is not upgraded to be touchless however. Not a frequent place to go but it is has been consistent and delicious even if we have to wait for food to be ready.

Went in tonight to pick up my order I placed through the app…I was kindly and enthusiastically greeted by 3 young guys with smiles on their faces. I’m 39 weeks pregnant, asked them for extra pickles and they did not disappoint! Our order was correct, portions were just right and it was absolutely delicious! I didn’t even have to fight my toddler to share the pickles because there were plenty. It’s rare to have such good service and not feel like an inconvenience, especially at 7:15pm! You’ve got a great Monday night crew! I’ll be back for their service.

The food was delicious.. the service was slow. But they were friendly. One major issue I have is that I was unable to use my firehouse gift card on their app.

This has to be the slowest sandwich shop in Vegas. Went there last night. Time stamp on my receipt was 701pm. Got my single sandwich at 716pm. There were only 3 other customers in the store. It should not take 15 minutes to make 1 sandwich. The slow time is routine for this store. Not recommended if you are on any sort of time frame.

I had over 30,000 points. I made 3 separate orders on the app for pickup 2.5 hours out. In order to redeem the reward you have to purchase an item, so I purchased 4 side items. I “activated” my reward with every purchase, as the app let me. I got a phone call 5-10 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my orders saying they couldn’t make my sandwiches. They said they would “honor” one reward. I said to cancel all the orders, but they said I had to go in to the store to cancel. So now I have to waste my time and my gas. They said you can only use one reward in 24 hours. If that was the case, it should not have let me order. Something should have popped up when I “activated” my rewards saying “Could not activate reward, one reward may be redeemed per day”. I did end up keeping the one they would “honor” because my mom wanted firehouse. She recently suffered heart failure and 2 strokes, she can’t go anywhere. They refunded my other 2, but they did not refund my points. They stole 20,000 points. I will not be dining in this establishment anymore. It may not matter, but you have lost a customer for life.

Ordered ahead, got there, and they couldn’t find my order. Look it up on my phone, show the kid, and he says HUH. Looks again, and there is my order. Get home and find the order is not right. AHHH
