Maybe they are having a bad well, but my last two visits didn’t leave me feeling like I will come back. The sandwiches are starting to feel anemic with less and less meat. The service is good, but could be better.

USED to really like Firehouse and have given the Palm Coast locations several shots. Not a friendly place and, compared with other locations, it seems.they are trying to save money by skimping on the meats for their sandwiches. Last one (and it will be the last one at this location) looked so sad when we got it home. Wish I’d taken a picture…..

I have been to this location 4 times. Everytime there’s something wrong with my order. This time no mushrooms. As much as these sandwiches are they should always be right. If a customer comes back and complains your sandwiches should be remade right or your money back. That’s good customer service. Unfortunately I don’t think I can ever give me money to this location again after feeling like I have lost money not once but 4 times! Very disappointed

I did online pickup, and had to place an order when I got there as well. Probably the best customer service I’ve recieved at any fast food place. Wednesday January 11th. If you were working this night, your courtesy meant more than you know. Sometimes it just takes a little kindness to make a bad day a bit better. Thank you guys for that.

There was a firehouse advertisement everywhere saying medium sub free with purchase of a sub, drink, and side for nurses week and this firehouse didn’t honor it even when I showed them the email about it and I also found a hair in my sub melted in my cheese. Won’t ever go back

Cant stand lettuce, order my usual hook and ladder without any veggies, leave get home, shredded lettuce melted into the cheese, complete loss in my opinion, say screw it I’ll go down and just get another one and double verify no veggies no big deal, I double checked when ordering, and I’m assuming the manager triple checked with me while it was being made, mind you I ordered just a med. Hook and ladder no veggies, low and behold when I check my food in the car, I got an order of Mac and cheese I didn’t pay for, a sandwich with guess what, shredded lettuce melted into the cheese again, congratulations $11×2=$22 wasted

This was the worse experience in a firehouse subs that I have ever had. The staff were clueless in the operations. My order was placed at 1pm and I literally did not receive our four subs until 1:40pm. I was told they had problems with their online orders and were behind. However, I was NOT told this until I received the subs at 1:40pm. I could have gone to a gourmet restaurant for as long as I waited and should have not taken the food and requested a refund. I will not be returning. The firehouse subs on the other side of town operates much better.

Called in order and paid and order was promised at 3:00p.m. I arrived and waited until 3:18 and ask about my order since no orders were in rapid go box to be picked up and was told it was gonna be another 15 or 20 minutes at least by a nice young man. They were busy but this is second time this week that food was not ready by promised time. I stated i couldn’t wait any longer because i was getting this for someone in car on their way to work. I ask for a refund and nice young man went and got a rude woman manager to get me refund. She never spoke to me or apologized for anything. She acted like i was a bother and just handed me the money without even speaking to me. She spoke to young man instead and completely ignored me. She gave me back cash refund instead of on my card. Service has gotten worse here since it’s opening instead of better. I get sandwiches here quite often. Very dissappointed with this firehouse and no lunch before 12 hour shift of work. Gave one star only because couldn’t leave review otherwise. Firehouse upper management and owners need to look into this locations training for employees and managers for sure for date of 08/06/2021 at 3p.m. at state road 100 palm coast fl. Also have requested pickle several times and get home with no side pickle in orders.
