This is my first time at any firehouse sub restaurant. I was there only impressed. The place was clean, the sandwich was good, and the service was excellent. The people were just so friendly. More akin to what you see at a Chick-fil-A during non busy hours than at a fast food place. Very impressed with the service here. I also like the story of how this place was founded. I would come back.

I tried this place a year ago and it was not good then. I decided to give it another chance and it was still bad. I had the corn beef sandwich and it was like trying to choose shoe leather. The meat was so tough and full of fat I could not eat it. And the help was not that good either. I’m very disappointed I used to go to the one in Jacksonville at least twice a week and it was always great. This place needs a new manager or something they need to try their own food once in a while. I will not go to that store ever again.

Food was good. Friendly staff. My one complaint would be pretty much every table was dirty, but they did clean them after a bit so not a huge deal. They weren’t busy when we got there but they could’ve just finished a rush.

First time I visited this place, my wife pushed for it. I ordered a steak and cheese…even the toasted bread was soft. The employees were outstanding! The cook new it was my first time and went out of his way to make ours special….we will be back! Great subs, and the firefighters get help as a bonus! The cost is surprisingly great!!!!
