This location was our first time trying Firehouse Subs, and it was a great experience. The man who took our order was very professional and nice. They’ve got a new soda making station, which we loved. There were plenty of tables so we sat and talked while our sandwhiches were being made. Lots of natural light coming in. The decor was beautiful. We both enjoyed our subs. The pickles and sauce were delicious. We’ll definitely recommend to others and be back!

I used the app to order and was given a pick up time of 8:35. I arrived at 8:36 to an empty store with three people behind the counter. Order not even began as they all seemed to be concerned with cleaning up. Fifteen minutes later I got my order and both sandwiches were done wrong. Another ten minutes for new subs and a mumbled “sorry”. I won’t be back.

Getting as bad as McDonald’s, I never receive a pickle with my order and today I asked twice and still didn’t get one. I also asked for crispy bacon and it wasn’t even done. I’m about done with firehouse subs, if you don’t want to do your job then go home. There was only 1 customer there so wouldn’t like they were busy !
