I went to this location when it first opened. The sub was unappetizing. I had the cheddar brisket. I frequent both the Reynoldsburg and 5th Avenue locations. I have a card for a free medium sub with no expiration from Newark location. I gave the clerk the card at this Lancaster location and she immediately began to question it. She asked where it was from. The location is printed on the card. I had to read it to her. She then asked how old this was even though there is no expiration in it. She then picks up the phone and says she is going to call the location because she thinks that owner has changed. I gave up at that point Asked for my card back and left. I will never return to this location. Bad customer service and subpar food.

Didn’t even finish my first shift. I’m pretty sure the managers name is Troy either way he’s disrespectful whether it you’re first day or not. Does not care about health code or cleanliness. And is all in all a disrespectful and pitiful excuse for a man and a manager. Don’t eat here and definitely don’t work here.

On my way home I stopped in to get just a bowl of soup. Service was good and quick but got home 10 minutes after buying the soup. The soup was cold to the touch. If I didn’t a doc appointment, I would’ve returned it.

Ordered online and it wasn’t even ready until over an hour after it said it would be. And then I get home and open my sub box and is basically just bread…staff was friendly, but tread with caution.
